Staying in a state of angry activation wears you out and makes you less effective. People who want to destroy you psychically know this, intuitively or intellectually, and will use a constant stream of rage-inducing injustices and hypocrisy to trigger the response.
Others are made pawns in their game; they don’t know, but they participate.
It’s all a Game of Thrones, modern Medici amorality. Weaponize your enemy against himself.
