My daughter’s best friend (12, on her birthday!) was given the “choice” of getting the jab or not going on vacation. I am finding it very hard to interact normally with this family now. I will never think of them as decent again. That sucks almost more than any adverse outcomes. Another friendship injured.

Stephenie, I agree with your choice of verb: "injured." The ripped social fabric is another major vaccine injury.
