Ivermectin and HCQ taken as a prophylactic may act so quickly that you don't develop immunity. There is some debate about that. Dr Marik thinks you still will develop immunity and GVB thinks not. Both back their positions well. Interesting and time will tell.
If you or someone you know is over 70 with comorbidity conditions then taking it as a prophylactic is still an option. If you are a front line health care worker it might also make sense especially if you are vaxxed.
I suspect that with whatever is headed our way --- if the vaxxed are denied the next booster (protecting them for a very short period of time before another is needed) they would die
GVB likely will avoid this -- in the interest of there being a faint bit of hope.

I'm looking at that other post where he says those asymptomatically-infected will experience ADE with the new more infectious variants.
And then in another post aimed at the masses recently, he said the unvaxxed should be fine for at least the next variant. That seemed like new messaging as well.
He said those previously infected (he moderated that by saying "asymptomatically") could catch a future variant and their antibodies could enhance the infectiousness of the virus.

Note his more cautionary message is specifically aimed at the unvaccinated + never infected.
He still maintains the unvaccinated + previously infected will be fine, even if they get infected yet again.
