Ivermectin and HCQ taken as a prophylactic may act so quickly that you don't develop immunity. There is some debate about that. Dr Marik thinks you still will develop immunity and GVB thinks not. Both back their positions well. Interesting and time will tell.

If you or someone you know is over 70 with comorbidity conditions then taking it as a prophylactic is still an option. If you are a front line health care worker it might also make sense especially if you are vaxxed.
