Exactly. The problem is there will never be pigs (elites) smart enough, and they will never have the true intelligence to see that.
The elites may be banking on AI to be "the smarter pigs?" AI will be the next government that establishes itself into the fold of Animal Farm. "We just need smarter computers..."
