Not sure about HIV testing, but here in the SF Bay area there is now a psa going around for free cardiac screening for youths aged 12-25, because “sudden cardiac arrest is the leading cause of death on school campuses”(?!) However this “service” is only offered to fully vaccinated youth. Unvaxed need not apply (of course the morons think this is for the safety of hcp’s).
I have to take a deep breath when I hear about developments like this. And, yet, President Biden continues to push the jab as does the administrator at my son's high school - a school whose whole student body is composed solely of males aged 12-18. Flippin' insanity.
