People who are incapable of dealing with a HAT and a SLOGAN don't have the capacity of reasoning... They are to be DEFEATED in every way and made to be irrelevant and when the violence comes (and it will) then they are to be dealt with using the prison rules they have created... I have stopped trying to "change hearts and minds"...
