I have one of those, too. He is the king of getting boosters and believes all of it. He was hospitalized with it and given remdesivir but not a ventilator. It took him quite a while but he's better. He calls me an anti-vaxxer in a very superior way. I don't call often as neither of us has anything to say, but my sister, brother, and stepsisters spend lots of time him and some of them are there now. I'm going to call him later. I'm going to go and read your post now!
I’m sorry to hear that, Yuma’s Freezing. It is amazing that he survived boosters *and* remdesivir (and still believes the lies!), so he must be a stubborn fellow!
I hope your conversation with him goes smoothly and you find some common ground. I am writing my father an email now as there is too much to catch up on via phone (and it’s usually difficult for me to get a word in edgewise), but I’m hoping to work up to calling him in the evening. We’ll see how it goes.
Regarding my post, the one where I shared the story about him calling me “the enemy” is in a paid post. If you’re not a subscriber, you can read the original post about my Thanksgiving phone call with him:
There are personality types who cannot possibly face, much less admit the fact that they have made a massive mistake, made worse if they have allowed the unthinkable injustice of willingly having their children injected with the poison.
I have a sister like that and she nearly died from it. I just don't talk to her about it. I did have a very close friend who was vaxxed and boostered up the wazu who got very sick from COVID. I suggested to her that the jabs were why she was so sick and she actually listened to me... it was amazing!

Yes, they're called cowards.
