Germany is witnessing excess mortality since April/May 2021, including over the summer. What could be the cause ? Also, Germany claim that hospitals are nearly full. However, their own statistics show that these hospitals have ca 6% covid patients. What is the reason for hospitalization of the 94% other cases ?

The same question arise for Australia, and probably many other countries.

Sure: have a look at this for example, https://www.economist.com/graphic-detail/coronavirus-excess-deaths-tracker combined with the report on hospitalization from the RK institute.

For Australia, have a look at https://www.abs.gov.au/statistics/health/causes-death/provisional-mortality-statistics/latest-release#measuring-excess-deaths

As you can see, above normal excess mortality kicks in around March/April 2021. The detailed charts show that these deaths are NOT attributed to covid. Could it be the seasonal heart attacks or something similar ?
