I think the vast majority of healthcare workers in my area are allowed to go maskless now. It is so bad for your health to wear one. I hope you are changing the mask out often so you are not rebreathing bacteria. It is a travesty what they are doing to you and I hope it ends soon.
The people wearing them free will? They are nuts. Sometimes fear caused, maybe the pandemic drove them to insanity, medications, watching the news? I used to care why, but they are adults and if they want to flaunt their kookoo - fine, but expect people to comment.
I never say anything to adults. I stare at them with a blank face like i'm practicing I have pocket aces playing poker. Kids, I try to talk sweetly and kiddingly hoping to cajole the mask off.
Utah is one of the good places to be I think. California is one of the strictest and our county requires masks in healthcare offices. I wonder if it will ever go away. Even if they do, they will probably make the unvaxxed still wear one.
Some businesses/events are STILL requiring vaccination cards. It's insane. SO anti-science.
I do NOT know how y'all hack living there. I went to college there, worked for a cpl years and then left. Not b/c politics, but work. It is truly shocking what is going on in CA and then the recall not going thru? What? We get a LOT of CA ppl here. We just had a huge triathlon race here. CA and foreigners masked up al over town except during race. The most fit humans probably on earth - fearfully masked. Pathetic.
