Definitely required in this situation. I suggest we add some immunotherapy, too. This is a stage and grade 4 malignancy right here. We need to hit this one with everything we've got and we've got only got one chance.

Burn em out, root and branch, salt the Earth, and embed the memory of their crimes so deeply in collective memory that the cultural immune system recalls the infection thousands of years after all else we have built is dust.
