Astonishing that they’re reporting on it at all, but to do so without so much as hinting at the elephant-in-the-room cause destroys their credibility even further.
Have you seen the articles on the massive wave of people quitting their jobs? Not a hint about mandates or vaccines. Nonono, it’s all about upward mobility, better pay, not wanting to go back to the office, the comfort of getting unemployment checks (yeah, right!), etc.
Not that it matters at all with the seriousness of all that’s going down, but The Establishment Media, as my grandmother used to call it, is working in ever-speedier revolutions to lead the coining of the phrases that will label a current trend or anything in this era (lest it ends up with The Great Let’s Go Brandon Abandon, for instance) but methinks they’re using stupid copywriters who don’t know copy 101: one-syllable words make for better impact and are easier to recall... or they’re not even using copywriters since there’s no excuse for the cringe of “Pandemic of the Unvaccinated” or “The Great Resignation” when something silly (although truthful) like “Take This Jab And Shove It” or “Jab vs Job” or even just “The Big Quit” are so simple to think up.
