I just moved across country, so I can attest that this is happening everywhere. People can barely figure out basic functions any more. Store clerks, etc. -- some of them are fine, but others are like -- just dropping out of basic functioning. Also, the scary part is that you notice this phenomenon in DRIVERS all over the USA.
It's all part of the same happening, but it does make you wonder -- whom, precisely, does the Borg think is going to run this place when their minions can't remember how to tie their own shoes?
My neighbor orders his groceries and has them delivered. The delivery person has yet to deliver them to him. I get them every time. Our addresses are quite clear.
