kitten corner: proxima salami

when a star hits your eye, like a big pizza pie

so, it sorta seems like a lot of people are kinda mad about this french physicist taking a picture of a piece of chorizo and telling everyone it was proxima centauri.

but i have to say, i don’t really see why.

this is a really good lesson about checking your sources! i think mr etienne must be a great teacher. they say that students forget most of what they are taught in school, but they’re sure gonna remember this one…

also, i think that if we get all angry at people who make learning a bit fun, then learning is gonna be no fun.

and who wants that?
