And while some herbal teas work quickly, others are only helpful over time. I will need to do some research on it, I'll keep you posted. My thing during covid was olive leaf extract. When I got covid 2/2022, I sprayed it at the back of my throat every day. I took it on tour with me too in 2/2022 until the German airline security confiscated it. I swear by it.
