Still seeing talk of Kroger and Safeway/Albertsons merging and the owner of the latter, Cerberus Capital, also floating the acquisition of Sprouts. Cerberus mentioned this weekend in WSJ as one of the entities ramping up foreclosure threats from recent resurrections of "zombie" second mortgages. Appropriate Cerberus being the 3-headed dog guarding the gates of hell. What a name!
