I believe they are not liable if 'recommended' for all children. Either way it is sick and perverse to simply let captured regulatory bodies yield approvals for, while funded by, the same pharma co's pushing the products.
But I'm sure they'll just change the definition of 'recommended' to mean 'mandated', just as they have re-defined 'immunity', 'vaccine', and other aspects of science long since established.

That is the goal. As soon as the FDA recommends the vaccine to the Immunization Schedule, the vaccines will be fully licensed (what is being dispensed now is NOT approved/licensed) and the EUA's will be dropped. Once a vaccine is on this schedule, the manufacturer and your health providers are shielded from any harm the vaccine does...at any age.
