As soon as the FDA recommends the vaccine to the Immunization Schedule, the vaccines will be fully licensed (what is being dispensed now is NOT approved/licensed) and the EUA's will be dropped. Once a vaccine is on this schedule, the manufacturer and your health providers are shielded from any harm the vaccine does...at any age.
