Re: the other 45%.... If they aren't independently wealthy, this would appear to be a concern in the US, too.
note the figure in the US is all americans, not islamic americans
many people ages 16 to mid 20's are in college. many over 65 retire. many others are married but do not work. 55% is a pretty high number. labor force participation is about 60.
