I do hope that those ads will be banned – I'm not much in favor of banning anything, but the US and New Zealand are the only countries in the world that allow Pharma advertising on TV. Communism is supposed to be stateless, where the workers of the world unite to begin a socialist revolution. Stalin's policy was "socialism in one country," which of course is not far off from "National socialism." Indeed, Stalin's USSR was nationalist, like when they named WWII "The great patriotic war."

The methods of control differed slightly, and so did the rhetoric, but the intent and the result was the same.
Fascism is simply what Communism looks like when put into practice. The formula in the Communist Manifesto is completely wrong every step of the way... the workers of the world never united to begin the revolution, so any attempt at imposing Communism manually is already deviating from the Manifesto (aka revisionism). They had to do things the fascist way, because the Communist way never worked at all. Thus, the fascist way became the Communist way, and it remains so today.
You do it by arresting who you can, threatening them with the max on a long rap sheet of charges unless they squeal.
It's no different than going after Big Narco or the Mob.

One discussion we need to have is how many illegal and legal immigrants are using welfare, and especially for their newborn children born here for what appears to be cradle-to-grave dependency on the government. Welfare is not only “un-American” in principle, but it is unsustainable as a culture.
The other discussion is how many “angel” families have been harmed because of illegal immigration. According to Grok, the numbers for just the people who were murdered is about 63,000 and that doesn’t cover all the uninsured motorist accidents or physical injuries caused by illegal immigrants in auto accidents alone.

The last time the US had a large number of immigrants, the preference was for people from western Europe, Scandinavia, and above all the Anglosphere -- In other words, those who were culturally most like the folks who were already here. At the same time, we had a very strong assimilationist ethic.
