I think someone high profile has to ask Elon publicly. At least that's what happened in the cases of not so famous people being reinstated so far. I'm not saying el gato is not so famous, but i have no idea what his Twitter handle even was, so it's in that ballpark, for me. Since i can't see how many followers he had, i can't determine how popular he was, tho, ofc.

I don’t know either, I just remember him being named as one of the biggest sources of covid misinfo in an MIT study (of all things).
