i spent almost 35 years in did r&d/systems procurement, the third of dod outlays Ike called the military industry complex. truth is a rare commodity in the complex. my observation of HHS/NIH/CDC is a complex no unlike the military industry complex with the big pharma playing the Boeing/Lockheed Martin role, the NIH playin pentagon and congress playing congress.
the obvious difference: a lot of 'truth' about threats, solutions, value of hardware, etc is hidden in dod by the label defense critical/sensitive information, while in nih a lot of 'truth' is diverted to lies to ruin the us economy, sell vaccines and abuse mail in ballots
Ike also warned about 'experts' which clown around either complex......
It says "shoes" here but maybe "hooves" would be more accurate. Hooves are better for scrambling up and down the precipitous cliffs and valleys and sudden 180 degree turns on the pathways of the School of Scientism grounds.
