Made me cry. 😭 - what we have done to kids is criminal.

Never understood the children thing. They are the future.

Early on I remember a conversation about the risks to society. Discussing the measures. In theory, the society would recognize that the sick, lame, old.. are expendable in a crisis. Not callously expendable, it is not about wishing them harm. Rather the tribe must endure.. and it will through its children. The past can be reasonably sacrificed if the future can be secured.

Measures were taken for the now.. and not the future.

These kids are going to need the entire world to help normalize their human experience.

Gato, for some time now, I have been tring to get sample masks tested to understand exactly what is in them and how they behave in situ: chemicals (dyes, fabric treatments, possible fire retardants, volatiles), particles, etc. Every argument in favor of masking seems to fall back upon ' well, it can't hurt.' How do we know this? What happens when these are worn 8 hours a day for years? What occurs when the fabric, paper, or plastic is exposed to moisture, elevated temp, even chewed (little kids)? WE DON'T KNOW. I've appealed to our Board of Ed and chem dept. faculty I know at a local univ. There is no interest. No one wants to touch this. Many masks come from China. Fabric masks made in USA may use bolts of fabric from China. What chemicals are in these?

I have finally found a lab that, hesitatingly, agreed to test some samples. I am so concerned that we are a few years away from an epidemic of lung cancers and other lung diseases in our children. I have no idea if this lab will come through, so I leave this appeal with anyone with access to an appropriate lab/equipment. What is in these masks and what occurs to them when breathed through 8+ hours a day?

Never once wore a mask knowing that they were the single biggest lie of the whole charade. This video perfectly sums up how humans actually feel about covering their face and I pray that the memory of this time will inspire people to NEVER do this again.

This blog is as close to a complete catalogue of all the worst pro-mandate arguments as we have. I gotta say, "There's no need to get rid of X restriction because I/someone I know/some group of people can put up with it" is one of my least favourites. Yesterday I saw someone claim that there's no urgency to stop masking children because if the Canadian Women's hockey team can play a whole game in masks, it can't be that big a deal. The fact that people will do lots of things they wouldn't otherwise do when coerced is usually elided in this argument.

So blinkered by the propaganda are kids in my neck of the woods that after the tyrannical satrap of my state was forced to lift the mandate, the vast majority in the local ginormous public high school still wear them. On social media a picture was posted of a student parading around the hallways with a sandwich board proclaiming, "Pull up your fucking mask you dummy!"

It goes without saying that the signs declaring "In this house, we believe in science, yada, blah, etc" are ubiquitous on front lawns in this neighborhood. Virtue must always be signaled, lest anyone doubt your righteousness.

Like so much illuminated by the covid response, the real question is whether people will accept that the covid is some 'unprecedented' condition that has suddenly created this anti-child, anti-science behavior in the teachers or if they will keep peeling the wallpaper.

We have a culture that has seen fit to ritually abuse children for fiat virtue and to quell the fear and anxiety of a spiritually vacant and socially cannibalistic lives.

Cultures that sacrifice their children are not long for the world. The covid and the masks and concentration camp schoolyards are low-hanging fruit. But what of 'climate change', 'systemic racism', rainbow mafia, and the rest of the identity politik that has been torturing and poisoning kids for generations? Will that mask come off?

virus=1 micron, holes in mask= 100+ microns

100 x 100 = 10000+ theoretical covid viruses can blow through a single mask pore at the same time

I'll keep saying it. "I'd die for my kids" didn't used to rate 5 Pinocchios. Jen Psaki snidely retorting that her kid was fine with masking was all the proof anyone needs (though she'd already given plenty) that she's as vile a human being as you'll ever find anywhere. But she's just representative of a generation of "the good side" for whom children are lifestyle ornaments and nothing more. I guess it's good that so many who think of themselves as "progressive" (or worse) are choosing not to have kids but God do I pity their pets.

Writer Daniel Horowitz recently posted a message on Twitter that his speech therapist sister sent to him. It's horrifying what she is seeing in little kids who have been wearing masks. The quote is:

My sister who is a speech therapist in MD just texted me: “The speech issues I see with three and four year olds that have been masked I’ve never seen before in 22 years. So much low muscle tone, drooling, unusual articulation errors on early developing sounds…”

More from my speech therapist sister: "This kid’s whole mouth area was chapped from the drool accumulated around the mask. She can’t achieve lip closure for the B M and P sounds because her lips are so chapped."

"Even if the kids were not masked, all of the adults are masked, and the children can’t see the oral motor movements made by the adults. They don’t know that to produce a B sound the lips have to come together.

"One child today didn’t realize that you have to put your tongue behind your teeth to produce a T sound. This is a typically developing child in all other areas.

"These types of articulation errors are usually seen with children who have neurological impairments or syndromes with associated speech and language impairments. I’ve never had so many referrals in my life for young healthy children with such severe articulation impairments." (Link: https://twitter.com/RMConservative/status/1491417997470277646)

On a more positive note, a doctor in the U.S. sent a letter to all patients telling them that he will no longer allow masking of children in his office. You can see it here: https://markmcdonaldmd.substack.com/p/i-have-banned-child-masking-in-my

I am so glad the tide is finally shifting on this. I live in a blue area and have not once masked my kids. I have gotten no end of grief and had many people unwilling to associate with me again. But goodness knows, I will never get an apology when the fallout happens from the damaged caused. But my kids’ mental health will be its own reward, I hope.

It's amazing that in our hyper-risk averse response to a bad flu year, so little thought was given to the risks we were forcing on children.

Not from Covid, they were never at any meaningful risk from that and we knew that from the beginning.

From an unnecessary, essentially untested (especially in children), experimental "vaccine" for a disease they barely got and fought off easily.

From socialization years, years that can never be replaced, lost to pointless masking.

From mindless "Social distancing" (an Orwellian term if ever there was one) that someone pulled out of their arse and served no real-world purpose.

From (even more) sub-standard Zoom schooling (gotta give the teacher's union credit for coming up with an even less useful education system).

From imbecilic lock downs that kept them prisoner indoors to no good purpose and for no good reason.

Every NPI and PI used, most of which would have been unthinkable pre-2020, inflicted the maximum amount of damage, especially to children, and no measurable benefit.

It's hard to believe that was random chance.

As a society we should be ashamed, and we should demand that those responsible pay for their unconscionable and indefensible crimes against an entire generation.

As a parent in Washington state, excuse me while I throw up a little when I hear “the kids don’t mind the mask”. I don’t know what has possessed parents. I’ve been conflicted for months about pulling my kids out of public school (we utilize some special services). Signed up the youngest for preschool next fall and the info packet says they are asking 3 year olds to mask up as long as the public health order remains! Now whether this is enforced I don’t know but it’s just unconscionable.

Behind me in the checkout at the grocery store was a masked mom and her two masked children. In Texas, where there are no mandates. Most people in the store were unmasked—though the company required the employees to wear them.

The barest minimum of common sense would tell the mom that masking is pointless—otherwise all the unmasked would be sick and everyone would learn from observation that masking is necessary. Then there’s the damage to the children’s brain development and other problems.

I hurt for that family. But I had no idea how to help.

Illinois school mask mandate is falling! Our school district yesterday informed us the mask mandate for students no longer stands! Here's how they worded it,"While we believe we remain subject to the governor's executive orders, enforcement has become impossible and disruptive. We no longer have the ability to maintain universal masking in our schools."

Yes, they are that pathetic. Maybe the demonstration outside the school board office a couple days ago pushed them over the edge. The passing honking cars was too "disruptive" for the "doctor" (Phd) superintendent!

Teacher here. Masks are useless, and at this point, immoral when forced upon children. I cannot tell you how much a child’s learning changes when they are forced to mask.

They are finally relaxing mask “standards” for my county in CA… except for kids and teachers, that is. So grandma can shop unfettered at Costco while the kids wear a face diaper in my classroom.

Clearly this has nothing to do with safety.

What should be done with the "educators" who have tortured our nation's children with these horrible masks?

Clearly those who _ordered_ the mask mandates should be given a fair trial, then hanged for their heinous crime against humanity. That's just obvious.

But what about the rank and file "educators" who did not order, but did implement this policy of mass torture? They are not anywhere near the same class of criminal as those who gave the orders. Yet nevertheless they have done something evil, they have harmed the children whose care had been entrusted to them.

Not all teachers wanted this. Some must surely have enforced the muzzle mandate reluctantly, under duress (either torture the kids with masks, or lose your job and your home). These teachers are not heroes, but neither are they horrible villains. Perhaps they should be given a modest fine - no one gets away with this evil scott free - then let off the hook.

On the other hand there are many stories of teachers who eagerly & sadistically enforced the mask mandates, reveling in the vicious evil of their petty power over the children. These "teachers" are real criminals. They should be jailed for a couple years. Then barred for life from any position where they would interact with other people's children.

The hard part is separating the two classes, filtering the sadistic criminals out from the scared & complacent masses.

I'm praying for s BIG REVOLT in my district. It's time for large numbers to stop complying. The scary thing is that these are the people charged with educating our children. Clearly, no matter the number of fancy letters behind their names, they aren't qualified. It's hard to comprehend such a large number of "educated" adults being so ignorant or evil, maybe both in one place. Well, then again, look at the Senate, Congress, and Biden. What a mess!!
