Dr. Janci Lindsay made her dissent clear. Several times she referred to "him" or to "Phil" laying out where she departed from his "negligence/incompetence" canard. OK...so maybe the low-level white coat dweebs in the lab are incompetent, but the higher levels ones? The ones who make decisions about how to move from "Process 1" to "Process 2" to enable higher production rates for the junk's key ingredient? Sorry, Dr. Buckhaults -- they knew.
