The only clear thing is that the supposed regulatory bodies ceased to do what we are told their job is.
Ask Ursula von der Leyen....she knows what they did....she will pay eventually. So many harmed, so many fell for it.....that's a tragedy I have trouble wrapping my head around.
the law inn EU is very analogous, they have same things for Public Health Emergency and Countermeasures. The only thing they don't have is PREP Act, but they managed to sign up to this insanity via purchasing contracts that Ursula negotiated by text messages, which she later lost.
