i will at least concede that it was fun to watch baghdad barbie play the game. she was a baller. dishonest, manipulative, glib, and ruthless, but pithy, sharp, and polished.

she was the very model of a modern media manipulator.

Linda Ronstadt had the voice of an angel. I saw her live once in the 1970's and she was awesome. I knew she had some terrible illness, but wasn't sure if she was still living so I looked her up. So sad to find this, from an article in April 2020: " “Some of my family in Tucson are Republicans,” Ronstadt said. “And instead of talking about that, we would sing together, and we’d have a great time.”

But singing out loud demands a lot of repetitive motion, and for someone with a movement disorder “it’s just impossible,” Ronstadt said.

Now when she sees her family, “I have to be careful,” she explained with a smile. “Because we’ve had so much taken away from us by this administration that I’m not willing to let him take my family relationships away. … I try to just hum a little harmony some place in the corner.” How sad is that! Obviously she is a Democrat/leftie, but how on earth did she "have so much taken away by this (Trump) administration"??? How do these people get so brainwashed. Makes me sick and sad.

Psaki was paid to lie for political advantage. Fauci was paid to disseminate the truth.

They both need to go down hard, but a special gaol needs to be reserved for the corrupt, vile little quack.

He, and every single politician that treated their constituency as their own person prison labor camp needs to be prosecuted for violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law, and when convicted, be imprisoned and stripped of all assets, to be distributed *pro rata* as (very) partial restitution to the people they abused, particularly those that lost jobs and businesses.

If and when they are released from prison, living the rest of their days in disgrace and poverty would send a definitive message to any budding corrupt totalitarians and serve as the only real justice the victims of this outrage would likely ever see.

I want to see Collins severely punished. He pretended to be a "good Christian man" while doing this, and prominent (supposedly) Christian leaders and publications defended him.

The commandment to "not take the name of the Lord your God in vain" means not to use God's name in the act of doing evil.

As a Christian, I don't want God's name to be sullied by people who claim God's name while committing crimes.

Expand full comment

Collins is an awful human. However, not many Christians spoke out - even though they knew people's lives were being destroyed.

Many of them need to view covid as an opportunity to look inward.

I wonder if any pastors/ministers have brought this up?

Doubtful; because the vast majority were cowards.

I know of a few in Michigan who stayed open, did not give in to the fear campaign, and as soon as enough information was available, started hosting events to inform the public of the truth. I think this was crucial because it kept many of their own members from falling for the fear campaign and subsequently being harmed by shots they thought would save them. Pastors who learned of the truth later on should have apologized to their members for their lack of discernment, and should have worked to make sure their members at least heard the truth, whether or not they were by then too far gone to accept it.

I have not heard of ANY pastors who did that.

There is a pastor with a really huge congregation in Northern California, and he was talking about how bad and dangerous the vaccines were quite early on. He made it publicly known that he would provide you with a religious exemption whether or not you were a member of his church. Huge numbers of people went there to get the exemption papers....my daughter was one, and it enabled her to keep her job as a nurse. So this pastor is a hero. I'm actually surprised Gruesome Gavin Newsom didn't have him arrested or shut his church down.

If anyone read the Left Behind books, Satans tumbrels are full of those with the Mark of the Beast wheeling toward destruction. The books are just fiction, but that horrifying image has stuck with me. My old more fundamentalist church had a sermon once that told me that after destruction on this planet and the beginning of Gods reign that Godly obedient Christians will be needed to pull people out of the ruins and minister and care for them. This has stuck with me for 34 years.

FEAR. They let the spirit of fear inoculate against empathy. How could they not have thought of the children?!

Jesus would've turned over the tables. A spirit of fear is the same as chains. Didn't Jesus warn about that over and over?

Perhaps a minister should've used this verse to help the congregation understand that authorities/experts were using fear to blind them of their humanity and their "neighbors".

There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.

Read “The Real Anthony Fauci” for starters. Kennedy has certainly looked under the rug. The frustrating thing about Fauci is that his shenanigans have been in full view for decades. Peter Duesberg’s masterpiece “Inventing the AIDS Virus” lays all of that out in detail (spoiler alerts: HIV does not cause AIDS, AZT killed people, and Fauci was just one of many bad actors).

“Inventing the AIDS Virus” was published in the mid 90’s. The NIH used all of their power to ostracize Duesberg (a world class microbiologist) and make him a parish. A shame, since he was a principled man and right. Sometimes the bad guys win. Hope that is not the case this time.

We’ll see.

Your expectations are far too optimistic. See the pathetic results of the Durham investigation as evidence that there is no accountability for these people. I do not want to be too cynical, but I will patiently wait for nothing to happen to the perpetrators. They can be "called" to testify under oath, but they cannot be forced to speak the truth, tell what they know or did and they will not admit to anything. The USA Empire and the deep state are never held accountable. Do you need a list to remind you?

There a many Democrats and some Republicans who don't care that Russiagate was a hoax, the FBI was co-opted by Hillary, the media was complicit, or juries in the DC metro area are a joke. They hate Trump that much. I know. I'm related to some.

The harms of the pandemic response and the jabs are a different story, though. Many lifelong card carrying Democrats claim they will never vote Dem again. Many are on the cutting edge of the opposition. So, while I understand caution, I remain hopeful.

Expand full comment

Durham is a little removed from the real anguish caused to a lot of people, and a lot of that anguish was directly attributable to Trump's hiring of all those not best people at all.

This touches everyone. Some people are late to accepting it--some of them never will and some still see the ravagement of liberty and medical ethics to have been actual good things--but a huge number of people, regardless of political beliefs, have been physically and financially harmed.

That trumps a dossier anytime, no matter who you are--and especially because Trump himself, through the dreadful people he hired, was the instrument of imposing this crap on us in the first place.

Expand full comment

The irony is that NONE of the past 2.5+ years would ever have happened had Trump prevailed in 2020 (he did, IMHO). But of course the Davos set wouldn’t allow that.

I remember Kneepads Harris & Presidentish Bite-me saying they were suspicious of the “Trump vaccine” & wouldn’t take it. The demonic party would have vehemently declined the jab.

That all of a sudden it was not just fine but orgasmically so when the Dums “won” & promoted & then mandated it is the joke. It was STILL Trump’s “vaccine”.

And then a real conundrum for the left. They assumed that any Trump supporter would do whatever he said because that’s the way THEY are - hive mind. But there are TONS of us who knew Trump’s so called “warp speed” was bad & declined

I will never forgive his abdicating to the likes of Faux-Xi, Birx, Collins, Redfield, et al but I do not believe it was ever deliberate, as he had an uncanny ability to unintentionally surround himself w/ the worst. Also will never forgive that he has never apologized for what he basically unleashed.
