I'd like to believe they're a small minority but especially around here (NYC metro) it's heard not to notice, even my kid's (now former) pediatrician quipped that it was our fault for not 100% masking when I brought her in for a non-COVID fever. And the better the numbers get, the more shrill they are getting. I've even tried to use the argument where I ask whether they were this terrified over catching measles for an unvaccinated person, or why they didn't wear a mask to protect against tuberculosis. 100% of the time I get an ad hominem response followed by block / ignore.
"...the more shrill they are getting." So true. You'd think medical professionals would be happy with people not dying and whatnot. "Oh no! No one died today of SARS. If you don't hide in your bomb shelter, you're killing grand-mama." World is barking mad.

there is literally no class of human on earth more self important and desirous of status and status signaling than doctors, and it's not even close.
