Burn the CDC and the FDA to the ground. This wasn't incompetence. The malfeasance was deliberate

Bingo. Deliberate obfuscation. Recall when Dr Pierre Kory explained the govt insider he was networking with (Andrew Hill?) revealed the govt had far more detailed analyses on Ivermectin efficacy than the entire FLCCC network combined. They knew it worked. Also, an FDA official said at their Oct 2020 meeting that IBM (think ID2020) was working with academic institutions and other private companies to collect and analyze data on AEs. Where is that data?

Tribute to Josh. He is one of the giants of this fight. Was great to meet him and Jessica in TLV last month. 😊Rare sweet moment these past 2 yrs.

Unfortunately, what is coming out of these 2 years is that vaccines have been dangerous for decades triggering Alzheimer, Parkinson, Autism, but also SIDS...

We've been played by greedy people, who just got greedier... But never gave a... for people's lives.

Isn't that the very point so many of us simply refuse to see? I read so many substacks by otherwise smart, articulate people (and the smart comments generated thereby) who refuse to see that almost (almost?) everything we have believed up to now via government is lies and distortions.

One big one that the Red Pilled community still refuses to see is the futility of our electoral system. Too many of us can't bear to acknowledge that we have been conned about elections every bit as much as vaccines, FDIC insurance, Constitutional rights, the judiciary, the economy, border Invasion...

We dont know when the fight will come, but when it does I hope we're ready.

founding

A century of progressive State empowerment has brought us to a nearly perfect inversion of the U.S. Constitution.

The founding document makes perfectly clear that the activities and affairs of the government are to be completely transparent, while those of the citizens are to be completely opaque, except under limited, specified circumstances.

This has been completely reversed: the State now has almost complete opacity, whereas nearly everything a citizen does, owns, buys, sells, earns, says or writes is subject to government surveillance, oversight and interference.

Needless to say, unless this inversion is itself reversed, and soon, we are in deep trouble as a nation.

And holding officials accountable is a HUGE part of what makes the Republic work in the first place.

https://simulationcommander.substack.com/p/everything-is-an-attack-on-democracy?s=w

It’s sort of a sick irony that the very people who call everything a ‘threat to democracy’ are the people who most ignore the rules of our Republic. As I previously discussed, the new idea of America was that nobody was above the law, and that government officials who passed laws were held to account by voters. Over and over during his short administration, Joe Biden has ignored the proper rule-making process of our Republic while proclaiming to be saving it.

With executive orders, he shut down the Keystone pipeline and suspended other energy projects. He sanctioned Russia (long before the war) and shut down travel that Trump had opened. Vaccine mandates were executive orders. Now, certainly Biden isn’t the first president to use the executive order, but he may be the most hypocritical by sidestepping the proper lawmaking procedures of the country for the biggest issues of the day.

Though the vaccine mandates were the most egregious example, nearly all covid rules were made via executive fiat and use of emergency powers. Governors and mayors found a lackey in a lab coat to stand behind so they could pass the buck and be held blameless for the chaos that followed. “Just following guidelines” became the borg-like ‘get out of jail free’ chant of government officials. But nobody voted for Anthony Fauci or anybody working under him. We have no mechanism to hold these bureaucrats responsible - and holding officials responsible is the foundation of the Republic.

Expand full comment

Amen to that…that is exactly what happened here in San Diego County…The ‘officials’ hid behind the very lame

The ‘local officials’ may not have been the ‘perpetrators’ of this event, but the ‘locals’ too are complicit in the game…as they carried out these ‘mandates’ & ‘lockdowns’ per the CDC public health mandates…this goes for your County Public Health Officers, County Boards of Supervisors, City Mayors, City Councils, and County Sheriffs…they all participated in the fraud and measures, that killed millions of people and contributed to loss of businesses. I live in San Diego County in CA…it has a number of incorporated ‘cities’ within its boundaries. Many of the smaller cities within the County, if they had a Mayor and a City Council, they voted to not enforce the mandates & lockdowns within their city. The City of San Diego and the County Board Of Supervisors have turned out to be comprised of some truly evil folks!

Expand full comment

So right!

Expand full comment

Public officials are self interested, and they respond to pressure. Here in Oregon, three people- the Governor, head of Health Authority, and public health officer made the Covid lockdown decisions and Vax mandates. Those people don’t care if you comply, they care about their own careers; their position, finances, and future appointments. The only way to get them to change is to apply pressure and change incentives. In order to affect future behavior, there have to be consequences for past behavior and current behavior. There are two pathways you can choose- judicial, and extra-judicial, political or extra-political. The one with the highest probability of success is judicial. It can create legal consequences within the system, and consequences in the public political system. These are wins. Nice of you to refuse a mask/jab, but 20% non-compliant population changes nothing for those political figures. A lawsuit and exposure of their emails and phone records does, as it impacts their re-election and future appointments.

The malfeasance started back in the 70s when the USDA recommended low-fat diets for heart disease, then came to recommend them for everyone. Diabesity ensued. (You have to run on something, and if it's not fat, its carbohydrates. Diabetes is a disease of carbohydrate intolerance. Carbohydrates stimulate insulin, which stores fat and prevents you from burning it, making you hungry.)

There were no RCTs on low-fat diets long-term, just crappy observational studies based on questionnaires asking subjects to recall how many serving of this, that and they other they ate over the last month.

Nobody has been able to change the USDA's recommendations, but mostly through social media conventional wisdom changed.

So are we just waiting for a whistle or something? When will the guillotines be erected or hangings start?

Expand full comment

We must be waiting for the red flag laws to be enacted nationally so the populace can be disarmed first. It's typical Biden regime end-run, backdoor tactic.

"Red Flag laws, also known as “Extreme Protection Orders,” are generally associated with assumptions of mental health and instability (remember the word “assumptions”). The parameters of such laws tend to be incredibly broad and ambiguous, and allow for almost anyone in regular proximity to a person to accuse them of being psychologically unstable. The accusation can come from a family member, a significant other, a work associate, etc.

Once the accusation is made, authorities can confiscate the target person's firearms without due process under the law on the grounds that they present a danger to themselves and others. No jury, no testing, no proof is required to get a court order. It is then up to the accused to prove they are NOT unstable and that they deserve to have their firearms returned. This process could take years, if the guns are ever returned at all." https://www.zerohedge.com/political/red-flag-gun-laws-set-stage-selective-disarmament-conservatives

Nineteen states and the District of Columbia have already enacted Red Flag gun confiscation laws. They are: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Washington. An 80 page gun control bill, which funds red flag laws, made a pass through the Senate 64-36 yesterday.

The FDA did warn us about dangerous peanut butter. How many healthy young people have died the last six months from eating a peanut butter sandwich? And yet getting a jab of mRNA spike protein seems to be killing hundreds of young adults. No FDA warning about that!

Smuckers needs to start paying royalties to FDA officials. Do that and all peanut butter will be deemed safe and effective.

Expand full comment

About the peanut butter recall. In the FDA notice the data provided indicated 16 reported illnesses and 2 hospitalizations. The FDA interviewed 10 of the sickened and all 10 had recently consumed JIF peanut butter

On this basis the JIF peanut butter was linked to the illness.

Good detective work, now do same with the the question of why young people are dying in their sleep. Ok, you can't interview the dead. But you can check medical records. Perhaps there is a common medical procedure, such as a recently received shot of a particular substance?

Back to peanut butter. Given the scope of products sold that use Smuckers made peanut butter, likely millions of people consumed the contaminated product. Based on only ten linked illnesses, a recall and official health advisement was announced.

That no such official health investigation has even been announced for the jabs is beyond belief. It is inexplicable. There is no rational other than a deliberate intent to sell jabs with zero accountability.

The AE bar graphs are provocative. But, anticipating a possible objection from vaxx apologists, do we have a reliable figure for the number of vaccines administered on a yearly basis prior to 2021?

The reason is that I can see a pro-vaxxer trying to argue that, "Well, no wonder AEs went up, we'd never vaccinated that many people in a year before." So it would be useful to have pre-2021 vaccination data to make a good comparison between, say, 2016-2020 and 2020-2021.
