Burn the CDC and the FDA to the ground. This wasn't incompetence. The malfeasance was deliberate

Tribute to Josh. He is one of the giants of this fight. Was great to meet him and Jessica in TLV last month. 😊Rare sweet moment these past 2 yrs.

Unfortunately, what is coming out of these 2 years is that vaccines have been dangerous for decades triggering Alzheimer, Parkinson, Autism, but also SIDS...

We've been played by greedy people, who just got greedier... But never gave a... for people's lives.

Gracias Gatito, Gracias à Josh !

Just wait until people find out the hard way that FDIC insurance is really just a nice sticker on the bank teller window.

founding

A century of progressive State empowerment has brought us to a nearly perfect inversion of the U.S. Constitution.

The founding document makes perfectly clear that the activities and affairs of the government are to be completely transparent, while those of the citizens are to be completely opaque, except under limited, specified circumstances.

This has been completely reversed: the State now has almost complete opacity, whereas nearly everything a citizen does, owns, buys, sells, earns, says or writes is subject to government surveillance, oversight and interference.

Needless to say, unless this inversion is itself reversed, and soon, we are in deep trouble as a nation.

At what point can a citizen sue the government officials for failing to perform their duties? What entity could have legal standing to do do? The disclosure opportunities from such a lawsuit would be as important as any verdict. Lawyers in the crowd, any insight or ideas on this?

In early June the CDC ordered nursing homes to STOP weekly reporting of Covid reinfections in both staff and residents. They also stopped collection of vaccine breakthroughs.

This was useful data, and there was a better chance of accurate reporting and medical records, but I guess the information itself could become embarrassing.

Here's a link with my email exchange about it (they provide a link to the page with the CDC directive): https://imgur.com/a/SPmnveS

This is the page with the now-deleted and uncollected data: https://data.cms.gov/covid-19/covid-19-nursing-home-data/data

I found troubling signs in the data for vaccines & pregnancies in the UK data (e.g. https://inumero.substack.com/p/vaccination-and-pregnancy-in-the?r=tv61s&s=w&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web)

After questioning the UKHSA, not receiving sufficient answers, and following up, I finally received this back from them, "Addressing repeated correspondence on this matter places an unnecessary burden on already stretched resources and deviates from UKHSA’s ability to address legitimate correspondence. We must therefore bring this correspondence to an end as it is not a good use of public funded resources to continue to address your continued correspondence on this matter.  " 🤡

I reported the first set of husband's problems from the shots only to have VAERS come back and ask for more information, information which I couldn't get and information that was so in depth it made me lose interest. I suspect that was their objective. So they only have half of what happened to him.

Where are our class-action lawsuits?

I remember how proud I felt, just as an ordinary citizen reading the news, that the Innocence Project used law school students to do the grunt work and how wonderfully they did it.

Maybe that's why they're dumbing down law schools and ensuring the rebel kind will never get admitted no more?

The malfeasance started back in the 70s when the USDA recommended low-fat diets for heart disease, then came to recommend them for everyone. Diabesity ensued. (You have to run on something, and if it's not fat, its carbohydrates. Diabetes is a disease of carbohydrate intolerance. Carbohydrates stimulate insulin, which stores fat and prevents you from burning it, making you hungry.)

There were no RCTs on low-fat diets long-term, just crappy observational studies based on questionnaires asking subjects to recall how many serving of this, that and they other they ate over the last month.

Nobody has been able to change the USDA's recommendations, but mostly through social media conventional wisdom changed.

So are we just waiting for a whistle or something? When will the guillotines be erected or hangings start?

The FDA did warn us about dangerous peanut butter. How many healthy young people have died the last six months from eating a peanut butter sandwich? And yet getting a jab of mRNA spike protein seems to be killing hundreds of young adults. No FDA warning about that!

Smuckers needs to start paying royalties to FDA officials. Do that and all peanut butter will be deemed safe and effective.

The AE bar graphs are provocative. But, anticipating a possible objection from vaxx apologists, do we have a reliable figure for the number of vaccines administered on a yearly basis prior to 2021?

The reason is that I can see a pro-vaxxer trying to argue that, "Well, no wonder AEs went up, we'd never vaccinated that many people in a year before." So it would be useful to have pre-2021 vaccination data to make a good comparison between, say, 2016-2020 and 2020-2021.

The CDC, FDA, NIH, etc. clearly don't care if the population doesn't trust them. They are in charge, so the plebs just have to do what they say. When a government stops caring if the populace has lost faith and trust in its institutions, that is worrying and a sign of a tyrannical government. Begs the question... what are the larger objectives at play here? Perhaps CBDC, Digital ID, privilege society vs a freedom society. Clearly, the WHO-redefined pandemic was never about public health.

Clearly, they don't care that anyone knows it. Why? Because except for a few loudmouths, nobody cares. They just follow the path in front of them.
