If they do, they are no longer common carriers but are in fact publications, to which 230 does not apply. They must provide an open forum to everyone to be exempt from liability, and they don't. The "new" Twitter will be the only major social media service that is still protected under 230. The rest of them, like old Twitter, are liable. All it takes is for someone to notice this and bring suit.

Totally agree. 230 is meant to protect the ability for the Social media company to not be sued. They should not AlSO have censorship power.
