They neglected to mention that the CDC recommends PCR tests for "fully vaccinated" people have a cycle threshold of 28. "Unvaccinated" people will still be subject to the 38-45 cycle threshold. Anything above 28 cycles is likely noise, so the change is appropriate. But, they should lower the cycle threshold for everyone. They're doing this to keep "cases" (aka, positive PCR tests) artificially high in the "unvaccinated" thus skewing the data even further.

The following study demonstrates that people who had SARS 17 years before were shown to have protective T cell immunity against both SARS and SARS-CoV-2, which are about 80% identical. T cell immunity is durable. There also is reported to be cross-reactive protection from garden variety coronaviruses.

National surveillance relies on passive and voluntary reporting, and data might not be complete or representative. Will we ever know how many breakthrough infections there are? IMO, this change suggests the numbers are too high to keep track of.

They've now decided to differentiate those who die from C19 from those who die with C19...in "fully vaccinated" people only.
So, if an 85-year-old woman with dementia, heart disease, and end stage renal failure who had a positive PCR test 6 weeks ago (and mild symptoms) dies, she is considered a C19 death.
If that same woman dies of a stroke 24 hours after being "vaccinated", it's a coincidence.
If that same woman is "fully vaccinated", becomes infected a month after the second injection, is hospitalized, and dies of stroke...she is not counted as a C19 death...even though stroke can be a complication of C19 in people with severe disease.
Stroke is also a known adverse reaction to the "vaccines".
