I believe in San Germán, here in PR, there are plans to turn the ground floor of the mayor's offices into artisan shops and the like. When I read the article about that, I though, "Finally, a good idea."

We have a way to fix this - our biggest problem - which is the corruption in the systems that govern over our lives. How? A Network State - a new decentralized 4th branch of government that isn't part of the government at all, but rather 100% built and run by the people.
