“They” (political power conglomerate) seem so petty they can’t take a joke. But what about if it's spoken, like "We need U.S. support for X..." and the speaker innocently adds "...let's go President Biden" I bet that could get flagged. Then the "policy" slips into "any negative sentiment towards the U.S. president is strictly prohibited".
