i am just a kitten and it’s not like i’m william rehnquist or anything, but i think that maybe “you have to guess why i think someone committed a crime” is probably not a good basis for a legal system.
This derangement is just plain stupid. I don’t recall voting for Susan Rice, David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, Jen Psaki, and many others. The USAID upset is long overdue. Getting mad at
the exposure versus the grift confuses me. Do these people WANT to be unhappy all the time? …They are boring me…
I guess they thought this voting stuff was overrated. Our betters know what is best for us, that is why they would always give us pre-selected choices on who to vote for, except for sometimes when we selected against their choices.
I think it’s hilarious and highly revealing that “do your own research” has become an insult. Jimmy Dore’s take on this engineered inversion is the best I’ve seen:
Señor bad kitty, I know how much you like receipts, so I think you will relish this court-worthy dossier Debbie Lerman and Sasha Latypova compiled showing COVID was a globally coordinated military and intelligence operation:
Today, February 4, is the five-year anniversary of the EUA and PREP Act declarations that initiated the COVID war against humanity.
Sasha and Debbie have asked that dissidents share/repost this on every possible outlet today in honor of this occasion. Our hope is that if enough people share it simultaneously, it will become too ubiquitous to ignore.
Mistakes Were NOT Made … DON’T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT!!
I'll betcha USAID has a paper trail that will explain why every government in the world (except Sweden) followed the same draconian c19 measures, all at the same time, in mind blowing uniformity.
I can’t imagine the paper trails they are finding right now…but yes they could totally help explain why policies got put in place…and we can be sure it wasn’t about $afety
Sweden still followed it, they just didn't go as far with mandated curtailment of free movement/association and they didn't shut down their economy to the same extent.
But they absolutely still followed the WHO and implemented a lot of the same policies (strict protocols in care homes leading to iatrogenic harms; bans on mass gatherings, preventing non-EU nationals from entering the country for two years; recommending WFH; shutting secondary schools and universities for a year; shutting night clubs, sports stadia and other venues; creating curfews for bars and restaurants and enforcing table-service only...).
Sweden also enthusiastically promoted the jab, followed EU directives to request proof of vaccination or negative test at the border, and briefly implemented "green pass" checks across different venues.
Sweden does deserve credit for applying NPIs with a lighter touch and protecting the under-16s by letting their schooling proceed uninterrupted. They also never mandated or even encouraged masks (which purely symbolically is already a massive deal). I visited Stockholm in September 2020 and it was a breath of fresh air compare to London.
That said let's not put them on a pedestal. I think it's a fallacy to claim that they entirely rejected the covid orthodoxy.
There's a Bible verse, I think it's Genesis 50:20, basically says, "God can use evil for good." Personally, I'm suspicious of Musk and Rubio, and I'm glad Ramaswampy is gone. But that being said, the outcome of this DOGE action looks to be good for the country in more ways than we can even begin to grasp. Just the act of listing what our hard earned taxes are going for is shaking the world up.
So, I watch closely and wait. Where this goes from here, who knows? I doubt that USAID will ever bounce back from this, but never underestimate the underhandedness and greed of a politician. Chuckles Schumer and his merry band of miscreants will surely find a way to grift again soon unless sent to Gitmo. And even there Chucky will find a way.
I do believe that this is a lark for Musk - that he's having fun. And he's an Autist like the "kids" working on his team. If I know my autists, they won't want to keep doing this, so they won't hold on for dear life like the Congress Critters do. They'll have some fun, dig up some dirt, fix it and then go save the world in some other way.
All we know is that this situation is far better than anything Kameltoe and wacky walz would have done. Plus we can be happy that Trump's win appears to have shut down Barry O and his husband (who really is disappearing as we speak.) I'll take all the wins we can get.
I'm a little like Fox Mulder: I want to believe! I want to believe that in most cases Trump knows what he is doing and is doing the right things. DOGE is a great example. Many of his cabinet nominees are great picks, and yet a few Swamp Things seem to have got in. I don't know what to think about RFK, MAHA, et al. If Ms. Latypova and her cadre are to be believed RFK and the Means are shills for Big Pharma masquerading as disruptors Their evidence and conclusions seem solid, but an awful lot of people I respect support RFK, Jr.'s nomination. Yet anyone who might logically speak out about vaccine madness in the new administration has been silenced. So which is it, jubilation or trepidation?
JFK is a Zionist. I am not sure about him, either. But I read a bit from the Means, and they fell of the boat for me quite quickly. I would give Kennedy some space still, but wait and see is the advice for all. Because they all have to follow the rules of Big Whatever.
Well, even though I'm not Jewish I consider myself a Zionist, so that's not a concern to me. What does concern me is that it isn't clear he will defend our right to refuse vaccines. That's going to require dismantling some of the repressive aspects of the Deep State that happen to make certain folks a ton of money. I support his nomination despite misgivings, and am willing to give him a chance.
The mouth-breathers are still howling about the Polio vax.
Give it a couple more years, a few more turbo cancers, a few more pulmonary embolisms, and a few more unredacted documents... And RFK knows he won't have to be the face for refusing vaccinations. All he has to do is give the apple cart a push down the hill.
I'd be willing to bet that many of the folks disdainful of the "do research" folks and who willfully had an untested, experimental drug jabbed into their bodies - multiple times, to boot! - without doing ANY research into those products have also spent some not insignificant amount of time researching which kind of Bluetooth earbuds or headphones to get, what kind of car to buy, etc.
I've used the exact same analogy myself when trying to get people to reflect on why they didn't even do a smidgeon of the research about injecting a multilayered experimental product into their bodies that they would for a car!
One reply I've heard is, "Oh, you're doing research on vaccines? Are you a scientist?" and I go, "Well, I'm not an auto mechanic or a sound engineer, but I researched cars and ear buds before I bought them. Because I have a brain and I know how to think."
Amazing how simpleminded, stupid, and sheeplike so many Leftists are.

The Wuhan military games in November 2019 glow like a laser pointer. The only thing that I’m surprised about is that the coverup didn’t last half a century. I’m pretty sure “they” are too. I love disclosure, this is like the best catnip that ever was.

We the people elect our leaders. Let's hope we got it right this time. So far, it looks like we did, as we are angering the right people. And they are mighty angry, which is a good sign. We're breaking up their not so little insider's game.
A revolution is coming – a revolution which will be peaceful if we are wise enough; compassionate if we care enough; successful if we are fortunate enough – but a revolution which is coming whether we will it or not. We can affect its character; we cannot alter its inevitability.
Yeah, Millie was an unelected bureaucrat, a retired general. His position was legally an advisory appt. Yet, he was one of the most treasonous (equal to fudge) abominations of of any appointee or retired military person. China aid and comfort behind Pres Trump’s back. A true man of such (bah) moral conviction and patriotism would have gone directly to his boss-Mr. Trump- and fought for his position. Instead he slinked around in the skanky swamp back alley attempting to disarm his boss in an utmost cowardly way. Makes Benedict Arnold look like a true hero. So, Millie (thoroughly unmodern and woke Millie) sold out for graft, ordered pentagon to ignore presidential orders and announced himself king. And the ignorant US masses fell into goose stepping abeyance. He was initially against the Ukrainian money grab debacle, but Biden changed his mind.
The question, as the businessman asked the streetwalker at night how much she costs- as she feigned outrage at the accurate observation by claiming, “What kind of woman do you think I am!”. He calmly replied, “Ma’am that is clearly established, we are simply negotiating your price”

JR you are spot on. The other thought is that many of these people actually believe the system should be allowed to be corrupt and wasteful. The squatters will have to leave after the utilities get shut off.
Yes, AND, you could give me all the money Musk got from whatever govt sources, and I STILL would not have the energy or the ideas or the motivation to do all he has done. So - these people with no imagination and no new ideas are probably the same ones who think food is created in the grocery store and the police will be at your house faster than a pizza delivery.
These people coming out of the woodwork over DS money sources being discovered and shutoff, are the same who stand to lose largess sums of money, promised to them for going all in with Kamala. Truly a popcorn-worthy moment in time, perfect!
Wait. Did we vote for whoever was running this country for four years? No, no we didn’t and we still don’t know who they are conclusively. Funny how this is always a one-way street. 🤷🏼♀️
Is claiming someone has committed a crime (one that's on the books and has a clear legal definition) not a crime in itself in the USA?
It's one thing to state:
"In my opinion, what NN has done amounts to treason against XX"
and another to say:
"NN has committed treason".
I'm not a lawyer or a legal scholar or anything like that, but I do know definitions of words matter a lot, and in a legal context even more so. I do know that here, claiming that someone is guilty of a crime when there's no conviction, can be a criminal act.
Nah. It's just that Twitter used to censor the sensible responses to those sorts of, shall we say, musings.
But now X is more of an open forum. I think the embarrassment of being called out publicly for saying dumb untrue politically-charged things could actually have more impact than they can foresee at this stage.
A person who is prominent in a field other than politics told me that they do not say whom they are voting for. Unless you live and work among people with who prioritize being decent to others (and lately that appears to be a lot to ask) you'd better not say for whom you are voting without expecting a lot of unexpected cr@p.
I think this is the most extraordinary collection of talent, of human knowledge, that has ever been gathered at the White House - with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone.
Gato, your warning about the power you applaud when it's used in your favor eventually being turned against you is always in the back of my mind as I see Trump and Musk running roughshod on these previously unaccountable agencies. No doubt the bureaucracy needs to be reined in at a minimum and stomped out altogether in many cases. But the way they are doing it is setting a precedent that may one day boomerang against us. Musk pretty much defines unaccountability. The next time around it might be a Democratic president putting some George Soros type into a role like this and we ain't gonna much like the results.
True. If you're gonna do it, don't nibble around the edges. Put it out like a half smoked cigarette. Cause the Dems won't mess around when they have the hammer.
The important thing PG is realizing that we are, as you say, taking chances. I agree this is necessary and will be ugly. But don't lose sight of the fact that Musk has become the most powerful civilian in this country since Rockefeller. Like that cretin, he has the ability to do a lot of good and also do an awful lot of bad.
Yes i think the "own the libs" fervour that is spreading like wildfire across the conservative commentariat might be a bit naive.
Healthy scepticism should be the default, whoever is in charge. Musk is an incredibly flawed genius; I don't think it's good for him to be so closely associated with the Administration and to have been handed so much power so quickly.
He is running his mouth on Twitter making lots of wild and clumsy statements. How does that help his cause? Get a press officer and actually explain, in clear and accurate language, what you're doing and why.
Even if the outcome ends up being beneficial, the optics are terrible. The gleefulness at using "creative destruction" techbro tactics to dismantle the bureaucracy is a bit arrogant, as anyone who's ever seen outside consultants waltz into a company and make sweeping changes without ever speaking to anyone who does the actual work will know.
Maybe this is what's needed. But the aim should be to get as much buy-in from the American public as possible -- not to cast yourself as some rogue superhero who's sticking it to a villainous blob. Further entrenching extreme partisanship as a guiding principle of government will definitely boomerang back.
Hopefully this is just an initial approach and things will eventually stabilise and become more orderly and professional.
Ahhh... Complete derangement on full display complete with the inability to think outside of the 537 elected officials means that the government is literally comprised of people who are "committing treason"... Welcome to Gerrymandering... That is the only logical conclusion for this government drone..
This derangement is just plain stupid. I don’t recall voting for Susan Rice, David Axelrod, Valerie Jarrett, Jen Psaki, and many others. The USAID upset is long overdue. Getting mad at

Jealousy? They want his money, but are too lazy and not smart enough to make it on their own.
That is true. They hate successful people more than anything.
Exactly, many members of my family have had all common sense credentialed completely out.
These people coming out of the woodwork over DS money sources being discovered and shutoff, are the same who stand to lose largess sums of money, promised to them for going all in with Kamala. Truly a popcorn-worthy moment in time, perfect!
I love all these grifters prairie dogging right now. "Hey look at me, I am stealing your money!" Cunning maybe, but not smart!
I love how you made Prarie Dog into a gerund.

The leader of “pinheads for Texas” ladies and gents.
Tax me harder daddy is the platform. Along with maiming and killing via “medicine” and war. Yay
The old saw, sun light is the best disinfectant is still true sometimes feelings are hurt.
Sometimes minds change.
Hopefully X will stay true to free speech.
A person who is prominent in a field other than politics told me that they do not say whom they are voting for. Unless you live and work among people with who prioritize being decent to others (and lately that appears to be a lot to ask) you'd better not say for whom you are voting without expecting a lot of unexpected cr@p.
In days gone by: I never considered a difference of opinion in politics, in religion, in philosophy, as cause for withdrawing from a friend.
Thomas Jefferson
He was handsome as well. What a combination.
I think this is the most extraordinary collection of talent, of human knowledge, that has ever been gathered at the White House - with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone.
John F. Kennedy
Fair point. I also see the point of ripping everything to shreds, FAST. Double edged sword.
True. If you're gonna do it, don't nibble around the edges. Put it out like a half smoked cigarette. Cause the Dems won't mess around when they have the hammer.
If we're looking for The Unaccountables, I'm betting that Musk finds at least a dozen or so of by opening up the books to public scouting.
This was a dirty job and it might take some dirty pool to clean things up. I'll take my chances at this point.
