As an American living in Germany, I can confirm that the charge of anti-semitism is nearly automatic against those who favor informed consent to vaccination.

Just recently here, the German Medical Association called on the federal government to impose mandatory covid vaccinations on schoolchildren for the upcoming school year. As my German wife and I have two school-age children this was a very concerning development (school attendance is compulsory - homeschooling is illegal). We do not want these shots either for ourselves or for our children.

My wife warned her sisters (who also have school-age children) about this call for forced vaccinations. Their response was that, not only were they not against the proposed forced vaccinations, they were more afraid of the rise of anti-science, right-wing ideologies in Germany (meaning Nazis).

My wife responded by asking how one could be against Nazis but for forced covid shots for children. Her sisters replied with instantaneous obtuse indignation - they did not see any similarity and, furthermore, how dare my wife make such a comparison between the atrocities of the Nazis with the forced vaccine proposal. This was followed by aspersions against my wife's mental state and a refusal to continue the discussion.

As an American, this was shocking to me but, unfortunately, that is the state of affairs here in Germany.

I think this Yamey fellow might try to oxygenate his brain a little. Once he does, he'll realize it's rather odd to chide people for calling him a Nazi while at the same time scolding them for being antisemitic.

The only question more pressing than "Why do people default to 'racism' accusations when others reject their tyrannical, fascist tendencies?" is "Why do we let them?" I mean, what he's really saying is if you point out that Nazis wanted control over certain peoples bodies, unto the point of death, and performed unethical medical experiments on them (oh, a little like mandating a vaccine for children that's not even really FDA approved for adults), they immediately default to anti-semitism.

Have people forgotten that eugenicists were on the side of "Science!" at the time?

Or that the reason the Nuremberg Code outlaws coercing people into medical experiments is because the Nazis literally did that?

But don't anti-semites target the hook nose of the jews, which they can't even see behind his mask. I hope this comment, which pushes the envelope of satire, doesn't get me cancelled.
