Back in the long-ago, when I lived in a high-tax city in a high-tax state, I believed, in my innocence, that it was worth it for me to be skinned alive, as it were, even in my lower-middle-class bracket, because at least we were providing essential services to people who really needed them.

I repent.

I think we've all been there to one extent or another. I'm finding how much more rewarding it is to take some matters into my own hands. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying "vigilante justice"... I'm talking about providing services (or doing for myself) the things we have become addicted to government doing for us. We can all do this. Instead of calling the city to tell them to clean up an area in my neighborhood... I did it myself. Instead of calling the city to get rid of the weeds in the gutters... I did it myself. I could go on and on. We have the power to be good to one another, help one another, serve one another *without* government. And, as a 5th generation American, I *know* that we used to do this. This country was built without government doing everything for us. Until we get back to that, we'll continue to experience more and more oppression as we beg the same ones oppressing us to save us. Thanks for your honest comment SCA. We all need to fess up to our complicity over our lifetimes.

Well, I still struggle with the concerns about how those not able to fully provide for themselves in a modern urban society can be assisted with dignity and common sense. Many people don't have the opportunities or abilities to amass the resources one needs for a long lifetime of expenses and unexpected events. To be stupid, in intellectual capacity rather than willful disregard of realities, should not condemn one to a bad life. In the olden days there was plenty of work for the lesser-abled. In the old days of multi-generational homes or side-by-side communities of related people, there was more chance of being cared for by people who had a moral and emotional stake in the wellbeing of the vulnerable (though of course many also failed in that too; I don't over-romanticize what was sometimes a grim reality).

Charities are often run abysmally too; you put three opinionated people together and you got yourselves a dysfunctional governing body. So I don't know the answer.

Expand full comment

It all starts with family. From the ground up I say, how you treat your family is how you should treat society no? We try to raise our children by teaching, nourishing, providing a safe and loving home. We WORK together and eventually grow up and old but we stay together. When we respect and love our family members it becomes a template on how we treat our communities and I don’t see a role for Government in there.

Expand full comment

Except plenty of us come from wretched families, and to say they ought to have treated us better doesn't change the fact that they didn't.

I've been saying everything starts with family for a long, long time. I'm fortunate I didn't end up as I might have, all things considered, and I feel great pity for the rabid creatures created by those who should have been their nurturers and protectors from the start, and weren't.

I know government isn't the answer. Child Protective Services must be one of the world's most ironic names. But private charities have always failed badly at this too. But always, at the heart of it, families failed first.

In reading of my GGGF+ farm (First Fam of VA, 1628), he was required to keep his farm roads cleared and plowed per his grant later required by his local government. He and neighbors banded together to hire one person with that duty for those farms. At some point they agreed on some police function more to keep those not working in line. Not that they were forced to work for a land owner but really, really encouraged because begging was not tolerated. Since John Smith's time if you don't work you don't eat, your choice.

Yup. Odd how all of these bureaucratic agencies are not constitutionally supported and have no right to do any of what they do... But then again, we either all volunteer for their "governmental" "services" or are convinced we must abide by their statutory rules, codes, and "laws". If only there were a way to stop this... Though what the three part series on YouTube: Bobby Graves Part 1 ...has to say and a peaceful solution aligned with history and our lawful rights as living people on the land and soil seems worth exploring more and more.

Remember, at the end of the day, we must all consent to this, so if we all decided that becoming State Nationals and State Citizens was (because it is) the most legit way to succeed, why not all do this in peaceful protest?

tasa.americanstatenationals.org

There are other movements, but this one is actually on every state and each assembly is there to reboot our Unincorporated People's Government. And once our Jural Assembly is functional - (needs only 35 State Citizens) - their court system is legally and lawfully supposed to be notified and stand down.

Short of a "civil" war, this is the best opportunity to return us to the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Expand full comment

I will definitely look into this, but there is also the possibility of a Convention of States to rein in parts of the federal government. That does not imply your idea is not valid or worthy of consideration. I only bring this up, as I think free people need to try anything available (before a HOT Civil war actually ensues).

Consider this... What you perceive and have been flat out told is your government... Are nothing but a couple corporations operating a bunch of subcontractors and smaller corporations... As in, what you see is not your government, but through corruption, lies, presumptions, and deception; you've been lead to believe it was. Now if I said that our actual government has not operated for nearly 160 years, but exists and waiting for people to realize this and assemble too... and by doing so, we end this BS, hard stop?

We can and now more than ever, we must.

Here is a great short video that explains some of this stuff, and has the codes in their own book verbalized that you can search, which is why I like this particular one versus the American one they did earlier on.

And where I'm getting to, as a U.S.Citizen, trying to do this will have you and all involved salted as domestic terrorists. Because you are a slave/indentured servant in their eyes and in their legal codes and statutory laws. Because you're in their jurisdiction, contract law, as dead entities, Maritime Admiralty Law - "Water".

L - Land (and soil)

A - Air

W - Water

LAW

We have the power and it is our duty to end the treasonous actions of our federal subcontractors gone rouge.

I'm all for a peaceful solution and I hope we can attain this. As a "Hot" civil war is our last resort, and make no mistake... We're in a cold war currently, whether we admit it or not, with our so called "government". We have just took a hard left and are at a point of no return - we are in the endgame, albeit, at the very early stages of it. And just to add insult to injury, America represents the bastion of world freedom, we are this world's last hope to stand up together and fight this, because is America falls, so does the world. (And no, not an ego thing, just a reality and truth.)

Good luck, love and light, and God Bless.

Among the many falsehoods I had once believed was the myth of Abraham Lincoln. Reading "The Real Lincoln" (by Thomas DiLorenzo), from the foreward by economist and professor Walter E. Williams I note these statements:

"The true costs of the War between the States were not the 620,000 battlefield-related deaths...The true costs were a change in the character of our government into one feared by the likes of Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Jackson, and Calhoun--one where states lost most of their sovereignty to central government."

"The War between the States settled by force whether states could secede. Once it was established states cannot secede, the federal government, abetted by a Supreme Court unwilling to hold it to its constitutional restraints, was able to run amok over states' rights, so much so that the protections of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments mean little or nothing today. Not only did the war lay the foundation for eventual nullification or weakening of basic constitutional protections against central government abuses, but it also laid to rest the great principle enunciated in the Declaration of Independence.....The Real Lincoln contains irrefutable evidence that a more appropriate title for Abraham Lincoln is not the Great Emancipator, but the Great Centralizer."

So here we are some 160 years later, seeking to repair mistakes of the past which have enslaved us to a government we never wanted.

Expand full comment

The Abe Lincoln one was a hard pill to swallow, and though I believe at the end, he truly regretted what he had done - and probably realized he was played a fool - I think his murder was no accident as he had learned about the true intentions of his actions. Given time, he may have repented and righted his wrongs. We'll never truly know, but stating this makes me mentally feel better, at least... And with this statement, there is no harm in believing this.

And spot on... Nearly 160 years they have slowly chipped away at our morals and values and essentially burned through our contract with them, (the three) constitution(s).

It is high time We The People no longer consent to their (corporate) government. So I actively choose to peacefully reassemble our lawful government.

Now is the time for us all to choose. When do enough of our rights, our freedoms, get stripped away for people to pull together and say enough is enough. It is us, The People, who get to decide, NOT them.

And all it takes is standing, two feet firmly on the ground and having reclaimed our status to that of living Americans (a Mainer in my case), standing together, telling them right where they can go and we longer consent their unlawful governance and that We *The People* have the authority to abolish each and every single one of them!!!

Join us, the only real Americans with the standing and law by our side to do this. We need you, your sons and daughters need you, and it is truly your duty to do this for you as a sovereign man (or woman) because no one else will. The only one coming to save you is you! And only by you standing up do we get this done.

tasa.americanstatenationals.org

We can do this together, and it certainly beats the alternative, a new "civil" war... I'd much rather we end this peacefully rather than with weakening our security and safety on a global scale, ripe for the picking by other countries drooling at the mouth waiting for their opportunity to invade our shores (even though in many ways, this has already started - but can be swiftly reversed).

Thanks to all, love and light, and God bless! 🙏❤️💙🕯️

And maybe one of these thrown in, for good measure:

Knoweth thee that the Federal income tax is capitation tax / direct tax and prohibited under Article 1 Sec 9 (paragraph 4) of the Constitution? I know, I know, the Sixteenth Amendment.

Sidebar related to how our masters have designed curricula in institutions. Knoweth thee that Watson and Crick’s Theory of DNA transcription was presented as a THEORY? It got converted into fact and dogma ‘cos it was the only thing being taught for decades and nobody was asking any questions or positing any other theories. Fast forward two generations and epigenetics is born. Peptides (influence) > RNA > DNA. In dental school they (still) teach fluoride strengthens enamel. Well, it’s also a neurotoxin, and never actually proven to prevent tooth decay. Here at home took getting out of health care to separate from the dogma. Back to the Sixteenth Amendment...

So in accounting training all students are taught that 16A changed the game and the personal income tax was born.

Hold up [insert sound of screeching tires as brakes are applied hard, at speed]. 16A, on its face, directly contravenes Art 1 Sec 9 which inconveniently was never repealed. Meaning, apparent contradicting provisions BOTH stand as law. Hm. How could this be?

Ah ‘tis a tangled tale, with pre-planning, rushed legislation, PR firms, propaganda, the usual, just on the QT in certain circles.

NO online payment portal. Known: author and family have been persecuted for years by the feds, think Mar-A-Lago style raids and add bought/compromised judges threatening prison if defendant (author’s wife in worst scenario of trumped up charges) refused to sign a court-written document admitting guilt, a prejurous act since wife knew she wasn’t guilty not to mention it wasn’t her personal statement. No-win: she signs, it’s perjury = prosecution + prison sentence; she refuses to sign = judge holds her in contempt and she gets prison sentence. Oh yes.

Anyway, unknown and only a guess: author has attempted to set up online payment but has been shut down, just because ‘they’ could? Only payment method is check or money order sent by snail mail.

So Ron Paul was precisely right: End the Fed. Oracle Ed Dowd is predicting (to be accurate he terms every conjecture a “thesis”) the Fed, a Ponzi scheme, will collapse under its own weight in the short run. Thus the central bank’s rabid interest in CBDCs, their new control method. With each of us chipped, etc.

I suspect as of Aug 2022 the general public that’s paying attention is just scratching the surface re deep and deeper state. Buckle up and grab the safety bar.
