How long before they make Medicare and Medicaid benefits conditional on vaxxines?

It's utterly bizarre that they are doing this when the evidence of vaxx failure wrt to infection and transmission and, increasingly, disease mitigation is overwhelming.

This is not about a virus.

This is not about personal or public health.

That bit about Medicare being contingent on the vaccine scares me. The whole thing is bat excrement crazy.

In a way, this is starting to happen, with the government denying Medicare and Medicaid funds to medical facilities that don't mandate the vaxx for their staff.

Imagine what these people have seen that they would be willing to leave their jobs to avoid getting the vaccine. Doesn't that tell a half-not-brain-dead person something?

Darling Sneauxflayke's avatar

It's certainly telling the rest of us how many completely brain dead people there are. 😔

Just saw a report that Duke University did a study that showed both the vaxxed ppl and unvaxxd ppl caught COVID at same rate. I have always wondered why people get a shot when there is no guarantee it will keep you safe. Always been that way with the flu shot which is partly why I haven't gotten one in decades.

Even the Pfizer and Moderna rushed early trial data never claimed the mRNA shots would prevent infection.

Any chance you have the link for that report?

I saw it explained on a YouTube Channel from a physician. He is the one who saw the data and presented it to listeners. I am trying to find it.

Great as usual, bad cat. Dumb question: how can one pay you for your work? I do not see a pay portal anywhere.

Based on evidence gathered in Spring 2020, most people won't understand the dire straits the hospital is in unless there's a highly choreographed dance on TikTok to show just how bad and stressful this is.

Agreed. I am able to as well and just turned down a job offer. Funny thing-this company didn't introduce their vax mandate until Biden threatened businesses with fines for non-compliance.

I know at least 4 others (same career different office) that were supposed to retire in 2019 or 2020 and we decided to stay (nothing else to do) so if nothing else I am hoping there are more like that. My company (very niche and mandated service) will be hurting for sure!

I saw a speech given by a fire fighter in which she criticized the vaccine mandate, and she made a point that fire fighters aren't going to ask whether people they need to rescue were vaccinated against SARS or not. Cynical me thought, "Not yet, maybe." Poor lady's husband is also a fire fighter. They're both facing job loss.

This appears to validate certain conspiracy theories: private hospitals are closing, so let's replace them with NHS-style government facilities. Local police forces lost most of their personnel, so let's send in federal police, expanding on the Hunger Games-style Capitol Police outposts already being trialed. And probably other ideas I'm not thinking about at this hour...

Time for wealthy individuals to support their local hospitals rather than the government. Get the government out of everything! Don’t Joe Rogan and Elon Musk live in Texas now?

Gigolo Joe's avatar

Agreed. Protests are nice, but the only effective resistance we have is support of the moderately wealthy. Forget the billionaires, they are all on board with the agenda, no matter what their social media departments say. The odds are stacked against us though, and the 100 person threshold on the business mandate will shrink. Game theory is the true religion of the 'elite,' and despite the haphazard appearance of this rollout, they have planned for every resistance contingency. The extremely wealthy eat their own, they won't hesitate to eat those lower on the food chain.

I heard something the actually number of boosters coming is like 8. Here is one ongoing clinical trial of the booster shots: https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04979949

so does that mean that everyone in the booster arm are now part of the clinical trial? The actual clinical trial for the initial shots is still going until 2023. What a joke! Shots mandated and forced while they are under a clinical trials.

"Flatten the curve" to prevent hospitals being overwhelmed, which will require quarantining anybody whose been in contact with Covid, including hospital staff, or enforcing stawaway orders for unvaxxed hospital staff, will result in reduced hospital capacity, which in turn will require "flattening the curve" even more..... Yossarian would approve.
