kitten corner: permission to lead

i'm not sure these "leaders" are on the level...

i am just a kitten, but i’m pretty sure that when the statue of liberty speaks of “huddled masses yearning to breathe free” that this was probably not what they had in mind!

“being forced to mask around authority figures” does not really seem like “feel your right to lead…”

now, if the girl took the mask off and put in on miss kamela and said “here, you wear it!” now THAT probably would be pretty leaderly.

i could definitely get behind a girl like that!

and if they really want to raise leaders, you’d think maybe they’d wanna teach that a bit earlier, like in school!

but they pretty much don’t.

so i guess maybe it’s the opposite? like, “become a leader because only leaders have rights?”

but that does not seem like a very equal way to run a society!

sometimes i really do wonder about you guys…
