I'm homozygous for MTHFR which is a genetic difficulty processing methy folate. It means that I have problems detoxifying drugs. I get side effects to almost every drug. Supplements, though, not so much. I was disabled for almost 2 months after taking anesthesia. It turns out that side effects to medications, if severe, can trigger latent viruses (such as SARS-COV-2, Lyme, Epstein Barr, ChickenPox). That's part of my concern over vaccination.
