Well that what my former Canadian friend says…that Canada is managing Covid way better than the US is! BTW she’s married to an American and has spent most of her adult married life living down here in The States. She only returned to Canada when they had to sell their house in La Jolla CA a few years ago, because of financial difficulties. Then they bought a winter place in Lake Havasu AZ…but all she cares about is that she can ‘go to the Cottage’ in the summer with her vaxxed siblings. They have disowned one of the siblings cause she chose to not get The Jab! And of course unvaxxed people are the problem now in her opinion…she’s gone completely delusional! And she was into yoga, acupuncture, Health, & alternative healing modalities when she lived here in CA! Go figure!
Yes, it is a common opinion in my neck of Canada. We are unable to go to our Florida property. My vaxxed Canadian friends who are now there for the winter say everything is normal, no masks, no social distancing and they feel totally comfortable. Most didn't even go last year because there was no vaccine. What they don't realize, or won't admit, is that it was free last year too, with no problems.
If the majority of Canadians have anything like the thinking of my former Canadian friend, that all you need to do is comply, get The Jab and all will be well and then they can freely move about…I have News for them. The Screws of Tyranny are not going to stop turning…even the compliant ones will start to feel it!
