this study on mental health related ER trips for those under 17 (from WSJ here: LINK ) looks pretty grim.
why, it’s almost as though mandated isolation and relentless fear and guilt narratives are taking a toll on our children.
come on adults of america, you’re better than this. you’re supposed to lead and raise these kids, not hold them hostage in an ill-conceived epidemiological LARP that serves no purpose beyond assuaging your own wet-pants atavistic night-terrors.
the benefits here are illusory and the costs are very, very real. this was never sane and never science.
Thank you for sharing - The police tape around playgrounds that showed up this summer really bothered me for so many reasons, and eventually brought me to think about the multiple ruins in South America where hundreds of children were found sacrificed - I can't imagine that ritual developed overnight, but was a process... 15-20% of 11-21 year olds considering suicide? How is this not front page news everywhere?
I can't help but suspect this has been a sort of modern day human sacrifice. Fear of impending doom brings out some dark human behavior.
