The authors began that study by first screening out all the kids who were hospitalized within 14 days of their first dose, even though the study included an analysis of the "partially vaccinated" and these kids by any truthful definition were "partially vaccinated." This is what Pfizer is doing to cover-up both vaccine failure (i.e. temporary immune suppression after the first dose) and vaccine injury (i.e. worst injuries happen in the first couple weeks after vaccination.)
