I can't fathom this is happening. I curse Trudeau and all like him. It seems the only way to fight is to get violent and fight back like we did in The American Revolution. Get your guns ready everyone for if they knock on our doors, we have to be ready. And the police should stand down. They are citizens and when push comes to shove they will not be protected-how can they not understand that. They are not considered one of the elites, but puppets to the elites to do their bidding. Stand down all military and police-this is not to be born.

"should..."

"they are citizens"

"they will not be protected"

Anyone with a modicum of street smarts could see long ago that cops are hired to serve and protect the ruling class, and so they are screened and conditioned accordingly. When you see them going through the motions of protecting you, what they are really doing is ennervating you, keeping you in childhood.

So now you get the boot on your face from your own heroes. Enjoy the rubber and leather. You've earned it, just like every other bootlicker who rejected the voice of reason for decades.

Sadly, this IS Canada. It's also Australia, New Zealand, the UK, much of the EU, and lots of blue states and cities in the U.S.

It disgusts me to think that the truckers inevitably will be crushed and most Canadians will accept it and move on with whatever their lives have now become. Trudeau will not pay a price. Neither will Arden, Morrison, Macron, or anyone else championing our "new" normal.

This has been a thirty year program to condition people to accept statism because it's in their "best" interest. Stayed glued to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok: sacrifice your autonomy and brain cells in the process.

TAM's avatar

Yes, the truckers unfortunately will be crushed just as many others have been crushed in the past, because ultimately they don't have power. Nor do they understand how to get it. Is there anything that Trudeau or others in power NEED (not want) that the truckers have that Trudeau and co. cannot get anywhere else? When I say NEED I mean something they absolutely cannot do without. What is it and who has it? That is the key to your power. What are your weapons? I look at the history of our Native Americans who all went down in defeat because they did not understand what they were up against and did not have the tools they needed to really fight.

Expand full comment
P. Reay's avatar

Perhaps a brief history of The Teamsters would be enlightening. The power the truckers have over almost all logistics makes them quite a foe. I know people who think they'll simply drive out to uncle joe's in the country if the cities are looking bad. They don't realize that the gas pumps could run dry before the shippers start cutting off other supplies, if they did it subtly enough. (numbers vary, but I heard 3 days to a week in their tanks). Of course, the teamsters became brutal, extra-legal, and tyrannical over time also. Perhaps that is our fate as humans, and the last two hundred years of relative freedom for the working classes will forever remain a small blip in the history of our civilization(s)?

Expand full comment
John Cougar Misanthrope's avatar

But TAM's example of the Native Americans is on point. An entire civilization and culture was subjugated and destroyed because they did not understand what they were fighting against nor possessed the technology and means to fight back. As many in the tin foil hat crowd have screamed from the inception, this never was about health, COVID, or vaccines.

It's about the convergence of technology, media, finance, the medical establishment, and select politicians to usher in a system of governance on a global scale. There's a reason why the Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand governments (and others) have ordered ten shots for every citizen. The intention always was to get multiple shots in every single living person (including those in utero) regardless of efficacy.

(Personally, I struggle with the Wuhan origin story. It still makes no sense despite everything I've read. How does Xi Jinping/China benefit by unleashing a global pandemic? China's economy and reputation were roaring before COVID. Trump was a bump in the road if you take a long view of China's ascent. I agree that the release was intentional but I fear that the origins may be closer to home).

It's already clear that they do not work as represented. That begs the obvious question: Then what's in the shots? Are the shots actually a nanotechnology delivery system? Personally, I have no idea. I've read about vaccinated people carrying MAC addresses and I've witnessed the magnetism phenomenon at the injection point.

That's why watching people gleefully acquiesce to shots so that they can keep their jobs, travel, go to college, or shop in the local market is so profoundly troubling. It's not about what they think they are agreeing to, but rather about what they are actually agreeing to participate in. Ultimately we are like Jennifer Lawrence's character in Don't Look Up, screaming in futility about the approaching apocalypse.

Like participating in genocide against the Sioux and Apache nations to build a homestead in the North American West, many will not question and will happily go along. We have OUR ranch (whatever that ultimately may mean in reality).

So the government's response was to outlaw previously legal behavior behavior, or more precisely, require reporting of it.

As a customer, I doubt you are at any risk of breaking the law (USA), it's just that you are going to create database entries because the financial institution is required to tattle to the government about "suspicious" activity.

There is also the "malicious compliance" gambit: If the government demands a piece of paper (or its modern equivalent, the electronic record), give it to them! The powers that be have great computers and ever-growing stores of data, 'tis true, but what they DON'T have is omniscience. As the reams of data grow, so does the possibility of mistakes. In sum, if you are a (presently) law abiding citizen, by all means give them additional pieces of straw for their hay bale. Gustave Le Bon reveals the secret in “The Psychology of Revolution”:

“The importance of the event [the storming of the Bastille] lay simply in the psychological fact that for the first time the people received an obvious proof of the weakness of an authority which had lately been formidable.

“When the principle of authority is injured in the public mind it dissolves very rapidly. What might not one demand of a king who could not defend his principal fortress against popular attacks? The master regarded as all-powerful had ceased to be so.

“The taking of the Bastille was the beginning of one of those phenomena of mental contagion which abound in the history of the Revolution. The foreign mercenary troops, although they could scarcely be interested in the movement, began to show symptoms of mutiny.”

He states that the blockades have resulted in layoffs, conveniently ignoring the fact that more layoffs and loss of employment have been the result of government actions, which he has supported.

The NDP in Canada was the party of unions and workers, now really the home of urban socialists. It is unfortunate that the party cannot look at Sweden, a nation which has traditionally been very state socialist, and notice that their economy fared very well through the 2020 Covid panic without lockdowns and coercion.

But the prosecutors knew it was vital that they undergo a fair trial and the evidence be presented and documented for posterity. Otherwise, their deeds would have gone unrecorded and the retribution may be considered criminal later due to the absence of due process. The idea was to show we are still civilized and respect the rule of law, even if the perpetrators did not.

They tried and convicted only the ones who were not useful. All the scientists and engineers were given visas and emigrated to the U.S. and were immediately put to work on a variety of projects, including ones that required clearances. We did something similar with the Japanese doctors that spent years murdering Chinese.

Still I'd think for every von Braun there would have been hundreds if not thousands of relatively 'useless' apparatchiks that should have been tried... And von Braun as an example, he designed rockets. Was he guilty of any war crimes? The guys who design weapons aren't normally responsible for how they are used. Even the guys at Alamogordo, they were considered heroes for helping end WWII without the need for a bloody invasion of the Japanese homeland which would likely have cost hundreds of thousands of Allied lives, and many millions of Japanese civilians.

In Nazi Germany, everybody who was anybody had to be a Nazi party member... just as in communist countries, anyone who hopes to be something more than a peasant must join the party.

Guilt by association, then? While I deplore Nazis and communists, painting them all with the same brush is a bridge too far for me. Clearly some are more culpable than others, based on what they did (or in some cases, did not) do. YMMV...

"All that is required for evil to flourish is for good men to do nothing." They were all guilty as sin. Not by mere association - by *participation*. When the V-1 wasn't killing enough British citizens via randomly dropping on their heads, von Braun created the V-2. It wasn't like he developed the V-2 in peacetime having no idea what would be done with it.

“…they are branding dissent as terrorism…”

This is exactly what they doing. Non-conformists are being cancelled out of society.

Critical thinking people who are unable to give their voluntary informed consent to a medical intervention, ie Covid jabs, that don’t prevent infection nor transmission, and with unknown long-term consequences, are punished and excluded from civil society. Such non-compliant people are a threat to authoritarianism which demands submission and obedience.

In Australia millions of people have been jabbed under mandates - No Jab, No Job. These people have been coerced and manipulated into submitting to the jabs to maintain their livelihoods.

But there’s also been the pressure to conform purportedly for the sake of others, with the propaganda that by taking the jabs you’re protecting others, ie by reducing the spread and minimising the burden on the ‘health system’.

But in Australia it seems Covid-19 has spread since the jabs were introduced, with the jabbed being diagnosed Covid positive! As for the ‘health system’ this is even more of a shambles than usual because it’s been completely disrupted by the Covid response, with who knows what future consequences for general health.

It’s mind-boggling to consider what has taken place over the past two years, with ‘our governments’ set against us, terrifying people into submission against this manufactured crisis. Billions and billions, probably trillions, of dollars have been literally stolen from the people to pay for dodgy tests and defective jabs, and also to pay for the digital surveillance systems being put in place to enslave us.

Untold damage has been caused to our society and economies.

We’ve been disenfranchised and exploited by those we elected and trusted to work in our best interests. The people have been muzzled with masks and humiliated.

Has the world ever seen such treachery?

And so many people are still asleep to what is going on…

WAKE UP AND TAKE IT BACK! See what’s happening in Canada with globalist controlled criminal governments turning on the people, stealing their freedom and their money.

These rotten traitors must be brought to account, and that includes the police forces who facilitate their abuse of power.

If the Jews had fought off the vastly outnumbered guards, some would have been wounded or killed but they would have had their guns to use on the next group of NAZIs and so on. Maybe in the end all those Jews would be dead anyway but at least by fighting and eliminating some of the NAZIs maybe you would have helped others to survive.

Anyway, all who enter the chamber are dead and there is no option to save yourself or your family. We can point out the atrocities all day long but until and unless the masses do something to stop the madness, it won't.

Might explain why they are going in so heavy on 100% peaceful protestors.

Because unlike regular street beat cops and fellow Canadian citizens, maybe they just don't care if peaceful Canadian citizens are beaten around the head, kicked in the kidneys or disappeared into black jail sites, never to be seen again.

I would recommend Canadians to pay great attention to how this is handled and where those protestors are being held and in what conditions.

Even with the State of Emergency Act invoked by PM Trudeau, I believe the Charter of Canadian Human Rights is still in force. As always, in criminal and political matters, the relevant question is, Cui bono?

“We’ve got four blocks in Seattle that you just saw pictures of that is more like a block party atmosphere,” she said. “It’s not an armed take over. It’s not a military hunta. We will make sure that we can restore this but we have block parties and the like in this part of Seattle all the time. It’s known for that.”

Arguing that there’s “no threat right now to the public,” Durkan called Trump’s threat to take back the city “illegal and unconstitutional.”

“The counter will be, block parties don’t take over a municipal building let alone a police station and destroy it, basically thumbing their nose at any sense of civic control,” Cuomo said, pushing back. “Do you believe that you have control of your city and that you would be able to clear those streets? Because you haven’t.”

“We do,” the Seattle mayor replied. “And the chief of police was in that precinct today with her command staff looking and assessing operational plans. But we saw that it was a point of conflict night after night between the police department and protesters and we wanted to deescalate that and what we decided the best way was to reopen the streets and that itself ended up with some ramifications for the precinct to remove anything that was valuable out of that building.”
