Of the young man in charge I asked, "Are you a product of (local) North Penn VoTech?" as I had known a number of students going there, and encouraged them in that direction. "No," he replied, "a product of PennState"--which has rather a reputation for engineering. An ME in fact. So here is someone of engineering level study choosing to go into furnace repair. And the difference was apparent. You are so correct, Zero Social Credits, in the job-security-wisdom of "requiring personal presence on site" element. Another consideration---the overhead involved in maintaining a physical business location is eliminated. As a side note, "White Van Man".
