Deagle is a website of government and military statistics. It forecasts population numbers and for years it's been forecasting a dramatic decrease in population as of 2025. The last I saw, it's saying the US population will be 100 million in 2025 (it's presently around 330 million).
So being Deagled would be having our population decreased rapidly.
The decrease for USA was so drastic it would require more than the Vax adverse effects, you'd need a major civil disruption like an economic crash and/or war so crippling to the supply chains that many millions starved to death.
