This is great, thank you! Having small children, masks were especially the battlefield I was on. There are still a lot of people I think should apologize to me for alienating and criticizing and demonizing me for not masking my toddlers. But I did right by my kids, and they never once wore one (and in one of the deepest blue places in the nation!) But I’ve got some scarring from the whole affair.

I don’t trust the bastards at all, so when the pandemic first started, I started wearing an N95. They said not to wear a mask, so I assumed they were lying so they could hoard up all the masks. People around me were outright hostile, telling me they hoped I caught COVID, how stupid I was, etc etc… this was back in the beginning, when they were denying it was airborne. As I did my research, I quickly realized the masks were useless, so I stopped wearing them, only to watch every single person who was hostile to my mask wearing, become the biggest mask Nazis.

Talk about susceptibility to propaganda. I saw it with my own two eyes.

I’m going to start wearing a mask again, and walk up next to other mask wearers and start coughing up a lung, and sniffling like I’m horribly sick. When they look at me, between wheezes, I’ll tell them, “I have COVID, it don’t worry, I’m wearing a mask.”

Then I’ll bite down on one of those Halloween blood pills, and start grunting and foaming blood from under my mask as I Linda Blair all over the grocery store aisle.

These idiots annoy me, time to get to have some fun out of this nonsense.

One of my neighbors is not only still masking when going out, but cleaning and wiping down all her groceries. They won't listen to the studies or data. The promoted fear seems to have switched a trigger on in some that may never turn off.

Just moved to the DC area from a more sane place. Holy cow, the maskers are everywhere. It’s really sad. Back at home I thought the few ardent mask wearers I saw might be ill with cancer or an auto immune disease and tried to think kindly about them. The sheer volume of them here, young and old, suggests that the illness is indeed psychological, like you say. I find that pretty scary.

I would like to know why used masks are not universally treated as BIOHAZARDOUS and given designated disposal containers. If I cut myself at work (which has happened), all materials used in treating the wound are not thrown in the regular trash but in a separate, labeled receptacle. Because we all know that bodily fluids are hazardous, right? Yet I see masks thrown around on the ground, even at medical centers. That alone told me that most people, even those Karens who preach mask-wearing, really do not take this all that seriously?

I read this as I am sitting, masked, in my doctor’s waiting room. It is maddening that they insist upon this in order for me to be seen for my annual physical.

My cardiologist, chiropractor, and dentist do not require face diapers, but every other doctor I see does. My dermatologist office still makes you sit in the parking lot and wait to be called in for your appointment after a verbal Covid screening.

Masks, being forced to practically go to a black market for a lifesaving prescription (and then being denied having it filled at multiple pharmacies), and of course the jab are why I have ZERO trust in the “healthcare” industry.

On the plus side, it has pushed me to get healthier so I have as little contact with them as possible.

I live in Bangkok. Outdoor mask wearing mandates have been removed some time ado, but still near 100% of people are wearing them.

This is what a population brainwashed and compliant looks like!

Here in the UK they permitted ‘exemptions’ on medical grounds. At first I did not want to play along by going this route, but around December 2020 I decided I was suffering from very serious bouts of aphronopathia and got myself one of those exemption dog tags. Never got challenged to put a muzzle on after that. And strangely enough no one ever asked me what condition I had for my exemption.

For the curious, aphronopathia is my neologism for ‘suffering fools’, from Greek ‘aphron’ fool and the oh-so medical ‘pathos’ sufferance. I don’t suffer fools gladly.

They lied to us. Early and often and throughout the whole shabang. Of that, there is no doubt (Yoda voice...).

The more interesting point to ponder is, to what end? Well, the drastic move to totalitarianism in the entire western world gives a really big clue, no? Greed and incompetence are not the drivers, but passengers on this excursion, IMO.

And then there were people like myself who wore masks for the right reasons for almost 40 years of my life and had to be trained to use them every year and fitted professionally every few months, who were *screaming* about how useless masking are. Yet the people chose to live in fear instead wearing their filthy, bacteria ridden, oxygen depriving, and chemical/particulate saturated face diaper just so they could be seen doing "the right thing" and to avoid having someone yell at them. I'll never get over it.

It puts the needle in the skin, or else it gets the mask again

Great compendium. This should be given to Rutgers and every school system in MA.

The thing that angers me the most about Deborah Birx is she never said a word while in office about air sanitation systems then proceeds to go to work as a VP for a company that sells them once out of office. Total scumbag.
