Removing all liability shields sounds good, but don't count on the crypto-fascists in Congress, especially in the Senate, to open what for them would be a giant can of worms. They and their crypto-donors shun the idea of legal culpability like Nosferatu shuns sunlight. There are far too many present and past politicos who would get their pants on fire sued off them, should the general public actually hold them responsible for the daily damage they do in the process of their endless till-dipping and power grabbing.

I haven't written him about anything covid related in a long time, so not sure if he is catching up from a year ago or what??

One would think any compassionate human would be moved to question the practice of vaccinating kids in the face of logic (the obvious fact most kids are at near zero risk of serious outcomes from COVID or any other flu bug) but we know logic isn't working. I've heard too many claims that the "ignorant vax deniers" are "killing kids and old people" (as if both have a comparably effective immune response). Appealing to common sense hasn't worked. An appeal to emotion might. But then, there is the matter of money. Who's making money from scaling back on the vaccine absurdities? Probably not drug companies or politicians.
There were so may inconsistencies that it's hard to figure what was the first red flag. The reason people believed that particular false claim is because we credit (real) vaccines for "eradicating" some diseases (e.g. smallpox). So the promise seemed plausible to some. Of course, we've not "eradicated" any Corona-virues (flu, cold) so in hindsight yeah that was pretty obvious BS.
Actually, for me the first red flag was "stay home" orders, forced closing of businesses and banning public assembly. A common first sign of political BS is the "we must curtail your liberty for your safety". I generally avoid absolutes, but that line is always wrong. My liberty is not a compromise to your safety, ever.

Basically, I’d love for people to send/tweet this to Ron and their legislators as well as sharing it on social media with the aforementioned hashtags. We need to get people talking about these ideas and spreading them to others.
Most people aren’t even aware that pharma has liability shields for the injection, so simply being exposed to #MakePharmaLiable may make them think and start to ask questions.
These are also great topics to discuss with family and friends during the holidays. This is as much about raising awareness as it is about trying to usher in the legislative changes themselves because we need an army of awake people putting pressure on their representatives to #PutPeopleOverPharma.
We have already received our rewards: Awareness of the corruption around us. Gratitude we did not drink the poison. "Man's empty praise." is nothing in comparison to this.
I hope all who were, and are still involved, whether in a big or small way, are brought to justice....and I mean all, no matter how silent they were being. Doing nothing is in fact doing a lot.
Brandon can just claim plausible deniability. He's totally lost his marbles and isn't playing with a full deck of cards. His "Winter of Death" speech to the unvaccinated and his vaccine mandate to keep your job and feed your family will be conveniently forgotten.
It will be scrubbed from the internet once it's established to be disinformation, because none of what Biden said was true and we don't want to mislead people.
I suspect that respiratory diseases and deaths peak in late winter and then decline sharply come spring. Just like they always do. Alas, what's likely to be with us for a much longer time are the excess deaths due to odd cases of heart disease, cancers, autoimmune disorders and so forth, increasingly in the young and middle aged, and absolutely no one in the so-called health care system seems curious to discover why.
I think Gato is right - the tyrants will cry fraud and lay all the blame in pharma, and it will work. There are two villains here- government and pharma- and the latter will take the fall. And sadly, it won’t be the light and truth that brings this about; it will simply be that political opportunists see a new, effective narrative to run with. I’m hopeful at least pharma will be held to account. but realistically, we’ll probably just get some show trials, pretend punishments, and the villains will skate as usual.

A real life scene - on my walk, I was stopped by a friend in his car. He was with his wife who just finished up her chemo treatments from a rare form of lymphoma. He was just diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer and was on his way to have a brain scan to check for lesions. Sure as hell, a lesion on his brain! Yes, they were vaxxed and boosted...I am sick to my stomach about this...they and their daughter are terrified!!
This is sad. And it's worse than that...unintended consequences about around us and touch us all. I had a friend who was vaxxed very early...and she was having erratic blood pressure symptoms. I have another friend who dutifully taking every vaccine and booster offered.
A friend's sister, aged 43, who is rabidly pro-vax and is vaxxed and boostered to the hilt, had a heart attack last week and has just had surgery to insert two stents. She and her vaxxed and boostered to the hilt hubby believe it was due to her "diet".

I have a libertarian friend who ironically is hugely pro vaccine as well. He is morbidly obese, and I think he has had some bouts of sickness and problems of late and as far as I know no longer is rabidly pro vaccine as he was.
I have no idea. My friend's sister was visiting here (NZ) from Australia for the holidays when she had her heart attack, and I've never met the sister. My friend herself is not overweight -- in fact, she's quite slim.
I suppose that no matter the motive, this is a good thing if it brings disinfecting sunlight, but I can’t help feeling it is mostly bad political & medical actors scrambling to get ahead of the ongoing worsening news & prove they are “doing something” just like they did when they were all in on the tyranny.
I applaud what DeSantis is doing in bringing it out into the open & hopefully holding some to acct. I applaud that UK cardiologist for coming to his senses as soon as his father died after a booster. I applaud Tim Robbins for his humility in saying he was wrong & apologizing on Russell Brand’s podcast. People like these seem sincere. I’m thinking more of people like that Australian doctor who admitted she & her partner were both damaged by the jabs but she continued to promote them for a year or more anyway. Lots of damage & some deaths she could have prevented in all that time. There are A LOT of people out there in the political & medical realms just like her.
I suspect Florida Surgeon General Dr Lapado pretty well knows what's up with the deathvaxx. He and DeSantis are playing the slow quiet game of realpolitik. Sure, it feels good to scream & shout in public - but that's not necessarily the most advantageous political strategy. As big as the players are, it is going to be hard to rationalize their way out of it. The lowering birth rates, the rising excess deaths. They will probably blame it on "long Covid" for lowering the effectiveness of the immune system. At some point there will hopefully be a demand for a study on the vaccinated and unvaccinated concerning the symptoms and issues.
I do want answers from these healthcare professionals. Why mandate a vaccine that doesn't stop infection or transmission. Why ignore all of the vaccine related injuries? At the very least if they are fraudulent, they should at least be investigated and shown to be false...or emanating from fake accounts. And while we are at it, lets go over all the Covid cases/hospitalizations/deaths with a fine tooth comb as well and see if there are any conflicts of interest or agendas going on with them as well.
This is good. What can we do to expedite the process? I am forever writing to my Mp, a youngster, asking him if he is aware of all the adverse events and deaths post vaxx. He then writes back to say the vaxxes are “safe and effective…I then send him more data countering his “safe and effective” mantra. I am waiting for his next missive. Meanwhile nothing changes.
Well, most of us only warrant a form letter. I make no overestimation of my importance. I am an unpaid extra in the movie of your life, these lines are uncredited. I've written my representatives and gotten a form letter (if that).
This will drag on for years and at best, one or two C suite execs (not ol’ Uncle Albert) and some mid level managers and scientists will be served up as scapegoats. No politician will be punished with anything beyond public opprobrium. Maybe it’s just my natural cynicism talking.
Give it time. Unfortunately, once more of the vaxxed start to see loved ones dying of fast moving cancers, “undiagnosed” heart issues, SADS (I had never heard of it until recently), etc. you’ll begin to see them calling for investigations. The one cohort who is likely to be most outspoken are the “grandparents in waiting” who won’t have that dream fulfilled, at least not easily.
I hope they hit them hard. My husband is now on three cardiac meds to try to stabilize his heart and needs a monitor implanted all because of his myocarditis in Aug 2021.

First one I knew got it in early 2021 and had erratic blood pressure issues following it.
I have another vaccinated family member who is prone to sickness...especially right after getting the vaccine and boosters.
My brother and sister (younger than me) both got it, I don't know what their booster status is or anything. My brother wanted me to get vaccinated as he thought it would be for an improved chance at getting hired..or if it was a requirement for hiring, to get it .
And I hear a lot of testimonies on twitter and online about the vaccine. The reason I didn't get it was simply I didn't understand why I needed a vaccine for a disease with a deathrate (I thought then) was .3%, but overall is now .14%.
But as others keep saying, it's less about health, more about compliance.
My brother, Masters in Nursing, accused me of being an irresponsible killer for refusing the shots (I CANNOT bring myself to calling them vaccines because they are not). Three weeks after his second shot, which he took to be able to travel overseas for the military contractor he worked for (he has since retired), husband started with a transient, blistering rash. Then the joint aches. Then the myocarditis. THEN Covid just as bad as I had it (no need for hospitalization. Just DayQuil and NyQuil, Jello, broth, and heavy blankets for the extreme chills). Here's another thing I want to look into: He donates plasma and he and a handful of others have been plugging up their filters which the staff says is unusual. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the white stringy stuff MEs are finding in the arteries of autopsy patients 'vaccinated'. Oh. And that rash? My dermatologist told me that after he saw husband he was inundated with patients with the same thing, that husband was the first. Good times.
Sorry about your brother and husband. While I was in the hospital last year (unrelated to Covid) I talked to a variety of nurses. A lot of these were the traveling nurses that went where needed...probably driven from region to region for seasonal reasons. They covered the full spectrum of Covid and vaccine philosophy. I heard from one nurse there was a part of the hospital, for instance, that dealt with post vaccine injuries, they didn't/couldn't talk about it. Another nurse, who bought all into the covid scare, had been in NYC during the beginning of the pandemic and said the pandemonium was real. I don't doubt her, the law of percentages and population density means that hospitals in those areas will be the hardest hit.
I know how you feel about language. I have a problem using the "vaccine" as well, but I steer clear of using "gene therapy" and "jab." I support you not calling it the vaccine, and I need to do some thinking about what to call it. Maybe I could say "What they call "the vaccine."
I had Covid twice, the first time back in February 2020, and then again in December of 2020. I think all I took for Covid was Nyquil and Dayquil. I am overweight, diabetic, 56, recent amputee. I knew pretty much from day one that covid was not as bad as they said it was..because like the horror movies state "The call is coming from inside the house." Covid was already here and so we had the answer to how bad it was by the time they were beginning to report its existence.
The Baby Alex story is particularly heartbreaking as I think the story was that there were clots similar to the ones you mentioned that they believe was transfused vaccinated blood. I did watch "Died Suddenly" and I read the debunked articled on it, particularly concerning the "clotting." My question is "If it is ordinary to have post mortem clotting, then why call attention to it?" The answer of course is the documentary has a POV. But again, wouldn't the answer then be to do an investigation to get clarification of this occurring?
One final story. I have an Aunt and Uncle who both got "what the government calls the vaccine" as an answer to an ultimatum her brother gave as a condition to see him. He was recovering from spinal surgery at the time and made that a condition he would see visitors.
Had I been there, I would have reminded my Uncle that his oldest brother (My dad) now passed suffered most of his life of rheumatoid arthritis. He never once made ultimatums of anyone around him concerning his immune-compromised condition.
Besides...the vaccine does not stop transmission/infection so what sense does it make anyhow?
@Jimmy- What is being found in these autopsies are not blood clots. They're long, white strings of something they haven't quite figured out. I'm not familiar with the Baby Alex story. Husband and I have no underlying conditions; I am 62, he is 66 (65 when the myocarditis happened. It's not just for 20-something athletes!) so that was in our favor and that was in the back of my mind when I said "No way will I get these shots!" Yes, I am a proud Deplorable but that doesn't mean I blindly followed everything Trump did or promoted. Medical personnel are starting to boldly come forward and tell what they have observed. Husband's cardiologist told him last year to never get a boster, that it will assuredly kill him. LAST YEAR.
I saw what you saw when I watched the documentary. The side that "debunks" it says that these post mortem white strings are normal. That in fact it is proof that the embalming fluid is working. I'm not saying I agree with their assessment. I am just reporting the other side. What I would love to see is a debate on this subject. Bring on embalmers and those who conduct post-mortems and have a logical, rational, uninterrupted debate providing both sides of the issue. I also want to know if there are any conflicts of interests.
Anyone who is not in line with the narrative is a deplorable. They have to lack nuance and attack us as if we are the dehumanized other, otherwise to gain a real idea of what we are like will ruin it for them. I see it on our side too, referring to this who bought into covid as "sheeple." Sorry but my brother and sister are not "sheeple." They are very bright, intelligent, empathetic, and on this issue, misguided.
I was yugely disappointed with Trump when he went along with the narrative...it showed that he too was not immune to the swamp, and from the Candace Owens interview...sounds like he bought into the narrative in terms of the vaccine.

A common first sign of political BS is the "we must curtail your liberty for your safety". I generally avoid absolutes, but that line is always wrong. My liberty is not a compromise to your safety, ever.

A real life scene - on my walk, I was stopped by a friend in his car. He was with his wife who just finished up her chemo treatments from a rare form of lymphoma. He was just diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer and was on his way to have a brain scan to check for lesions. Sure as hell, a lesion on his brain! Yes, they were vaxxed and boosted...I am sick to my stomach about this...they and their daughter are terrified!!
My 59 year old Aunt is in hospice care, diagnosed just 6 weeks ago with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. They've stopped treatments and await the end.

A friend's sister, aged 43, who is rabidly pro-vax and is vaxxed and boostered to the hilt, had a heart attack last week and has just had surgery to insert two stents. She and her vaxxed and boostered to the hilt hubby believe it was due to her "diet".

I have a libertarian friend who ironically is hugely pro vaccine as well. He is morbidly obese, and I think he has had some bouts of sickness and problems of late and as far as I know no longer is rabidly pro vaccine as he was.
I have no idea. My friend's sister was visiting here (NZ) from Australia for the holidays when she had her heart attack, and I've never met the sister. My friend herself is not overweight -- in fact, she's quite slim.

As big as the players are, it is going to be hard to rationalize their way out of it. The lowering birth rates, the rising excess deaths. They will probably blame it on "long Covid" for lowering the effectiveness of the immune system. At some point there will hopefully be a demand for a study on the vaccinated and unvaccinated concerning the symptoms and issues.
I do want answers from these healthcare professionals. Why mandate a vaccine that doesn't stop infection or transmission. Why ignore all of the vaccine related injuries? At the very least if they are fraudulent, they should at least be investigated and shown to be false...or emanating from fake accounts. And while we are at it, lets go over all the Covid cases/hospitalizations/deaths with a fine tooth comb as well and see if there are any conflicts of interest or agendas going on with them as well.

Well, most of us only warrant a form letter. I make no overestimation of my importance. I am an unpaid extra in the movie of your life, these lines are uncredited. I've written my representatives and gotten a form letter (if that).
This will drag on for years and at best, one or two C suite execs (not ol’ Uncle Albert) and some mid level managers and scientists will be served up as scapegoats. No politician will be punished with anything beyond public opprobrium. Maybe it’s just my natural cynicism talking.
The main problem is the vast majority of our fellow citizens would rather forget and just move on.

Give it time. Unfortunately, once more of the vaxxed start to see loved ones dying of fast moving cancers, “undiagnosed” heart issues, SADS (I had never heard of it until recently), etc. you’ll begin to see them calling for investigations. The one cohort who is likely to be most outspoken are the “grandparents in waiting” who won’t have that dream fulfilled, at least not easily.

First one I knew got it in early 2021 and had erratic blood pressure issues following it.
I have another vaccinated family member who is prone to sickness...especially right after getting the vaccine and boosters.
My brother and sister (younger than me) both got it, I don't know what their booster status is or anything. My brother wanted me to get vaccinated as he thought it would be for an improved chance at getting hired..or if it was a requirement for hiring, to get it .
And I hear a lot of testimonies on twitter and online about the vaccine. The reason I didn't get it was simply I didn't understand why I needed a vaccine for a disease with a deathrate (I thought then) was .3%, but overall is now .14%.
But as others keep saying, it's less about health, more about compliance.
My brother, Masters in Nursing, accused me of being an irresponsible killer for refusing the shots (I CANNOT bring myself to calling them vaccines because they are not). Three weeks after his second shot, which he took to be able to travel overseas for the military contractor he worked for (he has since retired), husband started with a transient, blistering rash. Then the joint aches. Then the myocarditis. THEN Covid just as bad as I had it (no need for hospitalization. Just DayQuil and NyQuil, Jello, broth, and heavy blankets for the extreme chills). Here's another thing I want to look into: He donates plasma and he and a handful of others have been plugging up their filters which the staff says is unusual. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the white stringy stuff MEs are finding in the arteries of autopsy patients 'vaccinated'. Oh. And that rash? My dermatologist told me that after he saw husband he was inundated with patients with the same thing, that husband was the first. Good times.

Sorry about your brother and husband. While I was in the hospital last year (unrelated to Covid) I talked to a variety of nurses. A lot of these were the traveling nurses that went where needed...probably driven from region to region for seasonal reasons. They covered the full spectrum of Covid and vaccine philosophy. I heard from one nurse there was a part of the hospital, for instance, that dealt with post vaccine injuries, they didn't/couldn't talk about it. Another nurse, who bought all into the covid scare, had been in NYC during the beginning of the pandemic and said the pandemonium was real. I don't doubt her, the law of percentages and population density means that hospitals in those areas will be the hardest hit.
I know how you feel about language. I have a problem using the "vaccine" as well, but I steer clear of using "gene therapy" and "jab." I support you not calling it the vaccine, and I need to do some thinking about what to call it. Maybe I could say "What they call "the vaccine."
I had Covid twice, the first time back in February 2020, and then again in December of 2020. I think all I took for Covid was Nyquil and Dayquil. I am overweight, diabetic, 56, recent amputee. I knew pretty much from day one that covid was not as bad as they said it was..because like the horror movies state "The call is coming from inside the house." Covid was already here and so we had the answer to how bad it was by the time they were beginning to report its existence.
The Baby Alex story is particularly heartbreaking as I think the story was that there were clots similar to the ones you mentioned that they believe was transfused vaccinated blood. I did watch "Died Suddenly" and I read the debunked articled on it, particularly concerning the "clotting." My question is "If it is ordinary to have post mortem clotting, then why call attention to it?" The answer of course is the documentary has a POV. But again, wouldn't the answer then be to do an investigation to get clarification of this occurring?
One final story. I have an Aunt and Uncle who both got "what the government calls the vaccine" as an answer to an ultimatum her brother gave as a condition to see him. He was recovering from spinal surgery at the time and made that a condition he would see visitors.
Had I been there, I would have reminded my Uncle that his oldest brother (My dad) now passed suffered most of his life of rheumatoid arthritis. He never once made ultimatums of anyone around him concerning his immune-compromised condition.
Besides...the vaccine does not stop transmission/infection so what sense does it make anyhow?
@Jimmy- What is being found in these autopsies are not blood clots. They're long, white strings of something they haven't quite figured out. I'm not familiar with the Baby Alex story. Husband and I have no underlying conditions; I am 62, he is 66 (65 when the myocarditis happened. It's not just for 20-something athletes!) so that was in our favor and that was in the back of my mind when I said "No way will I get these shots!" Yes, I am a proud Deplorable but that doesn't mean I blindly followed everything Trump did or promoted. Medical personnel are starting to boldly come forward and tell what they have observed. Husband's cardiologist told him last year to never get a boster, that it will assuredly kill him. LAST YEAR.
I saw what you saw when I watched the documentary. The side that "debunks" it says that these post mortem white strings are normal. That in fact it is proof that the embalming fluid is working. I'm not saying I agree with their assessment. I am just reporting the other side. What I would love to see is a debate on this subject. Bring on embalmers and those who conduct post-mortems and have a logical, rational, uninterrupted debate providing both sides of the issue. I also want to know if there are any conflicts of interests.
Anyone who is not in line with the narrative is a deplorable. They have to lack nuance and attack us as if we are the dehumanized other, otherwise to gain a real idea of what we are like will ruin it for them. I see it on our side too, referring to this who bought into covid as "sheeple." Sorry but my brother and sister are not "sheeple." They are very bright, intelligent, empathetic, and on this issue, misguided.
I was yugely disappointed with Trump when he went along with the narrative...it showed that he too was not immune to the swamp, and from the Candace Owens interview...sounds like he bought into the narrative in terms of the vaccine.
