the thanksgiving shibboleth

a fun new way to make sure thanksgiving is pleasant

while i can certainly see how my gatopals think this makes no sense, i think there is a real opportunity as well.

Only in the bubble of New York City can people have this conversation about everyone else in the country and laugh about it or think it makes any reasonable sense at all.

it’s simple.

1. serve hors d'oeuvres in the garage

2. ask guests to take a rapid test to come inside

3. immediately admit any guest who laughs at you

4. rig all tests to read positive so that anyone who submits to testing goes home and thinks that it’s their own fault

5. be thankful for a delicious meal with only your sane friends.

the best part is that EVERYONE learns a valuable lesson.
