I refuse to “hate” my fellow human beings and will not allow the media to convince me otherwise. In the near future, there will only be a handful of us (the unvaccinated) who remain healthy, and those who fall ill due to vax injuries will need our compassion and care. Resist the urge to “hate back”! You are better than this. Be leaders and show them the way, leading by example.

This analysis is right on!! In your explanation I hear my Dad talking to me who has been through the same shit in Germany in 1935..1940. He always said the most stupid of all kids in his class was the first rising up in the ranks of the Waffen SS. Yes, here in Germany (where I am at the moment) it's repeating history. Just because I don't ware the mask over the nose entitles the most stupid nobodies to speak and act up against me in public - just happened 30 minutes ago.

Someone is going to have to write a book about this and call it "Lord of the Flus".

Thank you for providing the antidote for a NYT “opinion” piece by a doctor, which was essentially a declaration that she was losing patience with and compassion for “the unvaccinated.” It was nauseating.

reminds me of junior high, the group think, the bullying, ostracizing just to tear down someone that is not like you.

I M super happy for you guys, that you can even think that this is over. Here in Europe the feeling is quite different.

Maybe, after this, more people will realize that freedom is always one generation away from extinction and that people must fight for it everyday. That is something totally forgotten here…

My family’s deranged brownshirt is my sister, a doctor at Kaiser Permanente in LA (hospitalist). She told me if we didn’t get vaccinated, “You don't give a shit about anyone but your own selfish selves. As far as I am concerned you are dead to me and I do not want to hear from you again. GO FUCK YOURSELVES.” I wonder if that’s what Kathy says to her patients as well? Pathetic.

Gato - never before have I wanted you to be more right in anything. Not anything.

I am so angry at what has been done to people. Not to me. I am fine. My family is ok. But that is a rare thing. Everything is in tatters. Families have been destroyed. And it was driven and cheered on by these people.

My fear is that these people operate like critters that scurry under rocks. They will hide and come out later. These people won’t be voted out of office. They won’t be publicly mocked. People won’t privately go up to them and remind them of what they supported, claimed, and demanded of others.

They fully expect and most will receive a soft landing.

Yesterday someone on Twitter reminded everyone that it would not help to say I told you so.

We can always count on our side to kick us while they are down.

To be clear - I am not wanting vengeance. I want a remembrance.

I want these people to be forced to recall what they did. For at least two years. Because they will absolutely do this again and this next time they will not make the mistakes they made this time.

I really hope you're right, but I think the show's just getting started.

Has anyone else noticed that when that WEF mouthpiece Leana Wen announces her desires to further erode the freedoms of the unvaccinated, shortly thereafter the monstrously evil Biden Administration echoes her words?

Rights are being carved out one small slice at a time, in one country/state/city at a time. Call me a conspiracy theorist, if you will, but it is more probable that they are operating from a central script, and not from a monkey-see, monkey-do routine by government half-wits.

Anyone else notice the tangible apprehension of the experts over “mild” relating to the unvaccinated? They are refusing to even mention it directly even … no one is running studies of it that I can find

There is so much stirred-up anger out there and of course, all engineered by the people in power, over the course of decades. I don't think this will end, though. I think these injured animals will switch tactics & use their vitriol for a new cause - climate change. That's the next thing the PTB want us locked down, herded into cities or camps over, chipped and tracked. This time, it's not for the good of your neighbor, it's for the good of the entire planet! We need to stay diligent and yes, now is the time to refuse to comply, and to stand up for yourself. Refuse the vax. Refuse the mask. Refuse the test. Hold the line.

I don't know about this being the "last gasp" for COVID authoritarianism. There was an explosion of cities and counties last week announcing vaccine passports, including my own. To me, it feels like I'm just about to lose everything.

Once upon a time a man had a lawn that was covered with dandelions. This annoyed him. One winter day he saw an ad for something that would eliminate the dandelions so he purchased it and sprayed it on his lawn first thing in the spring. It seemed to work fine. Just as the label said dandelions would not grow where he had sprayed the product. Two months later he started to notice dandelions coming up. At first this annoyed him. He called the manufacturer who told him that his lawn would need another spraying. He ordered more mowed the dandelions down and sprayed his lawn again. All was well for about 6 weeks when he noticed dandelions sprouting again.

He called the manufacturer again and said, "The label says 95% efficacy and my lawn is covered with dandelions. They've even gone to seed and are blowing all over the neighborhood." The spokesperson for the manufacturer said, "You probably have dandelions because one of your neighbors didn't use our product." The man thought for a moment and then replied, "Your product is supposed to protect my lawn. What does that have to do with what my neighbor does?" The spokesperson for the manufacturer replied, "It's science. You do understand science don't you?" Not wanting to appear stupid the man replied that of course he understood science and hung up the phone.

The following day the man knocked on his neighbors door and explained to the neighbor that the neighbor would need to spray his lawn too. The neighbor was a bit puzzled and asked, "If the product didn't work when you used it what does that have to do with me or what I do?" The man was a bit perturbed and said, "It's science. You aren't against science. And if I had not used the product there would have been even more dandelions on my lawn."

The neighbor wondered if this man had lost his mind or if he was missing something so he said, "Let me see if I have this right. The stuff was supposed to be 95% effective. Your lawn still became covered with dandelions. You sprayed it again and it became covered with dandelions again. The seeds from the dandelions on your lawn are blowing all over the neighborhood just like the seeds on mine are and you want me to spray my lawn too? That doesn't make any sense."

The man replied, "That's because you don't understand science and you are selfish. I'm going to the town council and requesting that you and others like you be forced to spray the product or lose their house."

I have liberal friends who are gleeful when they hear of an unvaccinated person dying from Covid-19. Orphans are apparently hilarious when their unvaccinated parents die. Liberal friends who say healthcare is a human right, then loudly announce their view that unvaccinated people who are seriously ill with Covid-19 should be denied medical treatment. As if they're not human.

How about the unfalsifiable statement that vaccinated people sick with Covid-19 say - "If I weren't vaccinated it would be so much worse." How do they know that? They don't.

I've seen my liberal friends in a brand-new light over the last 2 years. I truly hope that you're right, el gato, and that the end to this craziness is coming soon.

If I dared go on twitter, my reply to that first nasty tweet would be "And I plan on laughing at the vaccinated who ate at restaurants and then are in the hospital with Covid, while I continue cooking amazing dishes at home and having real friends and family to share them with."

I am starting to see this among a lot of my Branch Covidian acquaintances. I go out of my way to point out that Omicron is by all accounts mild, and a pretty good signal that all of this insanity is ending. I can see genuine, palpable anxiety from them that soon they will not be able to self-soothe themselves in how virtuously they are addressing the pandemic. It is as though they are terrified of their lives going back to the boring existence they had prior to the pandemic giving them the chance to be heroes in their own minds. I expect 2022 to be a year of wailing and gnashing of teeth for a lot of the Branch Covidians in my life. I will try very hard not to gloat. It will not be easy.
