I've been expecting something like this myself. You'll know the Journolist memo has gone out when the media starts talking about "the Trump vaccines."

Trump should have shifted ages ago. He could have said he was lied to (he was) and that the vaccines are bad. But he won't. Which leaves him the ultimate target for the Left to pin the blame on. Remember how many Leftists said they would never take "the Trump vaccine" before they all became Covidiots?

Dr. David Martin has initiated a lawsuit and named characters like Bourla, Gates, and many other leading figures in this operation from the political side as well as the corporate wing. He is the one who has documented what is going on by tracing patents which show incriminating timelines, etc. He seems confident that they will not be able to hide what they have done and escape. I wonder if that has been a factor in some of these people trying to re-position themselves ahead of what is coming as more people start to die off from this shot program and get serious about finding out what is really going on.

bear in mind that in Brook Jackson's whistleblower lawsuit against Pfizer for fraud, their defense wasn't about the fraud, which they explicitly did not deny.

instead their response was that the US government knows and is complicit, this is under a Defense Dept/HHS contract which does not require informed consent to test EUA products on the general citizenry. basically, the defense is that Big Bro is fully aware and does not care so f off.

I would expect the same references to the "legality of withholding informed consent procedures" defense on any lawsuit with scientific evidence too.

but that's just me.

my inner child that is still infected with the bite of Hope (the evil that didn't escape Pandora's box) wants el gato malo to be right and that at least the pHarmaCo businesses get taken down.

of course they're "to big to fail" for the government, so it won't be a full and proper dissolution takedown. wish they saw "to big to fail" like I do, it translates directly to "big enough to bankrupt and dissolve."

Yes. Katherine Watt, who writes BailiwickNews on Substack, has done a brilliant job of really “pinning the tail on the donkey” here, showing clearly how a process of usurpation of the formerly legal framework of the United States has been carried out, by setting up “governmental agencies” that use “administrative procedures” that grab power while entire branches of government deliberately “take a dive” and fail to defend peoples Constitutional rights, indeed give them away with both hands like trainers handing out free fish to Killer Whales at a Marine World Show.

I wish there was a way to make the masses see through all this. The depths of the corruption are astounding. Beyond the politicians (or maybe because of the politicians) Johns Hopkins, a once revered institution for medicine, has also been in full-on covidiocy since the beginning. What's worse, in their "COVID Vaccine Ambassador Training: How to Talk to Parents" course, they not only perform mental gymnastics that would make Simone Biles look like a toddler at a mommy-and-me tumbling class, but they expose the fact that the pharmaceutical companies rushed to build production facilities LONG BEFORE they ever even received EUA for their shots. The simple question from this is: who invests the kind of money it takes to build such a facility before having approval to produce the intended product? That screams of corruption, as they clearly already knew (must have had promises, and probably money, given to them by the government) they would receive approval. No business leader worth his salt would invest the kind of money it takes to build a production facility without knowing the product being produced would sell. The point of all this is to say that the politicians and bureaucrats are complicit, and we need to wake the people up to see where the blame lies and not allow this mendacity to go unpunished.

Maybe I've not been paying close enough attention, but I haven't seen this particular tidbit of info until now. Do continue - this seems like it also needs some serious digging into....

Expand full comment

You can read it easily for yourself. Johns Hopkins has an online course offered free through Coursera by the title I listed. Go look it up and you will find the information in there that these companies built production facilities prior to receiving EUA for their shots. Let me see if I can dig up a quote from the course for you.

From the section "Vaccine regulatory process lesson", slide 4 titled "How Were COVID-19 Vaccines Developed so Quickly?"

"4. Building facilities ahead of time

- Typically, vaccine manufacturers wait until after Phase 3 trials have been completed before they spend the money to build manufacturing facilities

- For COVID-19, manufacturing facilities were built while clinical trials were still ongoing to help speed up the production, allowing producers to rapidly start distributing doses once vaccines were approved."

There is no doubt such an effort would only be undertaken with the guarantee of financial profit. I'm sure @Dr Mike Yeadon can attest - he liked my first comment above (thank you Dr Yeadon for liking my comment, and thank you again for reviewing my paper on the shots).

Expand full comment

That was Operation Warp Speed - to do things like this faster in order to get the vaccine out as quickly as possible….my understanding is the US Government guaranteed to buy the doses even if they didn’t get approval - that the vaxx companies were to start manufacturing as soon as they had what they thought was a viable vaccine that would most likely get through the necessary approvals.

I was in support of this IF Covid was as bad as they said it was (it wasn’t)…and of course, something like this should have never been mandated or given such easy approvals… I also naively thought the FDA was a real agency that actually protected the American people from bad products but my eyes were opened, thankfully way before I ever considered taking the shot.

If they are going to pivot and try to assign blame, I would certainly hope they would stop the 'variant boosters' that still seem to be very much in the pipeline. You can't have much credibility with a sham sudden realization of harm if you are still purchasing and pushing even worse versions of the same garbage.

I can see bus mechanics all over North Amerika working overtime to service the big yellow buses as we speak: the politcal / criminal class will obviously try to save their pathethic pink skins and being the amoral gobshites they are, throwing a few pharma bros under said bus will be akin to flippin' burgers. All that is required is for a single Judge to rule 'FRAUD!!!" and retirement for the likes of the Chief Vet in a nice place that does not have an extradition treaty with anyone important, especially the US of A will start looking like a fine option.
