Perhaps there is some tide turning. Members of Sage in Britain are starting to come forward and admit to their dirty tactics. According to a Telegraph headline, "Use of fear to control behaviour in Covid crisis was ‘totalitarian’, admit scientists."

Awesome as always, although I think we're hitting the expected H-S low right now. When you look at hospitalizations compared to H-S, we see a small lag before the numbers move. I think the "spike" last summer was simply testing catching up in April/May, then the actual summer spike came alone in June.
The good news is that every 'wave' will be smaller than the last because fewer people are susceptible. Add in the vax drive, and there's vanishingly little chance that hospitals have anything to worry about this summer in the sunbelt.
